  Iv lives here 6 months and have filed 7 police reports along with insurance claims. They refuse to put cameras in the garage and people have been getting in the actual building where they broke into my storage unit this has been going on for months now. They also promised luxury living and amenities which none have been working. They charge me ***** dollars a month for a 1 bed 1 bath and I have lost/vandalism over ****** dollars my insurance now is going to kick me off because of this. I now have constant anxiety and I am worried about my safety. This has also caused my business to close because of all my supplies destroyed or stolen directly from the negligence from the building management. They told me if Im unhappy move out! This place is over charging everyone not just rent but they had to fill and empty the pool several times which we directly have to pay.

  Please know that we are working diligently to get the amenities reopened and the garage door repaired, and we will continue to provide updates to our residents as we receive them from suppliers. 
  
  Per the lease agreement, unless otherwise provided by law, were not liable to you or any guests or occupants for injury, damage, or loss to a person or property caused by the criminal conduct of other persons, including theft, burglary, assault, vandalism, or other crimes. Were not obliged to furnish security personnel, security lighting, security gates or fences, or other forms of security. If we provide any access control devices or security measures upon the property, they are not a guarantee to prevent crime or to reduce the risk of crime on the property. 
  
  However, we understand your frustration and waived your garage fee of $100 for the 6 months remaining on your lease.
