I just want my money back ASAP it's been over the 2 week **** the had giving me now they talking about 60 days it did not take 60 days for them to get my money and they all are lies that work in that office and don't have a clue on how to do their jobs period I just want my money backReview fromChris P

1 starWorst apartment I've live in yet. Every inch of grass in common areas is covered in dog f**** and off leash dogs and owned cats roam constantly. There is consistent theft and vandalism especially in regards to vehicles. There was a point last year were my apartment didn't have hot water for 3 months.I needed the dish washer serviced a year ago and they sent two teenage boys to take care of it. They flooded my kitchen while removing the old unit and failed to hook the new unit up properly so it flooded again when I went to use it for the first time.Last year, they changed *************** without informing any residents and called 30 days before the current lease was up to say that you didn't renew for 12m it would automatically go month to month at and additional $500.00 to your increased monthly rent. There are large metal boards on the roof of the patio and they shake violently and loudly when the wind blows, I have submitted multiple request.I had my vehicle towed while I was away on vacation the leasing office and Elite towing told me it was because my truck was "inoperable" because hadn't moved in a while. I asked how could they possibly know it was inoperable just because it didnt move and the leasing office said it was because I had a flat tire the whole time. I pick my truck up with no flats the next day.I had my vehicle towed again this morning, a vehicle which I paid for a parking permit for 3 years straight. Parking permit had been changed temporarily to a rental car and I changed it back this morning having just gotten my owned vehicle back yesterday and it was towed during the night. I am expected to pay over $400 to get my car back.I called the leasing office and they refused any help. There are multiple "fire lanes" on the property and not a single one is marked appropriately. There is an Amazon Locker where packages are left in the open, the key fob door is always open and packages can be and are stolen with ease.Common areas are not maintainedReview fromTiffany B

1 starDo not waste your time or money. They day I was supposed to be moving in I noticed the lease they sent me to sign no longer reflected the agreed upon rate for the unit that I'd planned on moving into. The manager refused to honor the monthly rental rate regardless of all of the documentation that I'd received from the rental agent throughout the process. For a week prior, I was given a specific rate for a specific rental unit that I initially viewed and selected, however, on the day of my move they did not honor the rental rate agreed upon. The day of the move the lease reflected a payment monthly payment significantly higher than discussed (verbally and in written form). At this point, I had completed the deposit, application, setup **** services, internet services, setup cashiers checks for first months rent/additional deposit, and hired movers and a truck. The manager was rude, completely unhelpful, and refused to provide me with her manager's information. She actually said she didn't have a manager/supervisor that I could speak to and that I'd need to take it up with corporate and wouldn't provide that contact information either.Review fromIbnomar A

2 starsIsnt a rip off?On 09/19/2022 a major water pipe broke that affected our unit (B190). The landlord brought big floor drying fans into the basement and we continued living there as usual (Indication the unit was HABITABLE during all this time and no need to rush us to the hotel) At 12:55 am on Thursday 29/09/2022, I found the following notice on my door:DO NOT ENTER HOME !!!Good afternoon, while the maintenance team is working on your home, we advise you not to enter/stay here. However, courtesy of us, we have rented a hotel room at the Hampton Inn for you which you can stay at from wedensday (9/28/22) through Sunday (10/02/22).You can QUICKLY run your home and grab the important staff you need for those couple of days. You may return to your home on Sunday.Hampton Inn: ********************************** ******** ** ***** Please check under The Lex at Lowry along with your first & last name Thank you for your patience :)Warm Regards Lex At Lowry We checked in by 01:40 am of Thursday (09/29/22) and given Room 205 but, for ethical reasons, my brother and his wife spent the night elsewhere. I visited the leasing office and talked to them about this issue, telling them I am going back to our home and they offered an extra room (208). I checked there by 3: 00 pm Thursday 09/29/202. Then we received an email (10/06/22, 11:42 am,) informing us to return home. This month, I received an email from the Lex asking me to pay $4000 against our hotel stay. adding this amount is the responsibility of my renter insurance.I sent them many emails that I need HARD copies of the hotel bills (for rooms 205 and 208, showing the dates and charges) needed by my insurance but they are refusing to do so.Here, I ask them to give me these bills to send them to my insurer. We stayed in the unit from 09/28 till we were notified not to enter home on 09/28/22 after the vendor visit. Does this mean the office neglected to informing us we were staying in a home that was not safe or healthy?Review fromWilliam E.

1 starhad a number of different issues since moving in from my sink leaking the first day I moved in and them having to pull out all of the counters in the kitchen leaving a complete mess and breaking most of my blinds while doing so on the weekend I was supposed to be moving in, when I asked to see a manager they took my number down and I never got a call back. Two weeks later new management took over and none of them bother to return my calls after asking for help either. A few months later my sink (I live on the bottom floor) started overflowing all 6 floors above my garbage disposals because the drain hadn't been snaked or properly clean by a professional. When I went to ask for help I couldn't get anyone to return my calls. And now most recently there have been a number of thefts from cars all around the complex and to the garage and when asked what was going to be done about it they claim no responsibility. Since new management has take over all they've bothered to do was give us a banana one day for a "complementary breakfast" and they've rushed to replace all the elevators which makes me think they must have been out of code. Please save yourself the headache and move somewhere elseReview fromDouglas D

1 star***** clear from this shady apartment complex. Upon moving out they slap you with every single fee possible , including damages that were caused due to their maintenece neglagence. Called numerous times about a plumbing issues, water started leaking, thus damaging the cealing. They said this was my fault somehow even though the maintenance crew came and looked at it and said "we'll just paint over it". . What a joke. Also, my car got stolen from the community garage , no working cameras, security doesn't do anything to prevent it. Outrageous rent that isn't even worth it for what you get. Lived there in 2020. I disputed the charges. Never heard anything for 2and a half years. Today get a call saying I owe for the damages in 2020. Even though I get no call from this property for over 2 years!! If you like wasting your hard earned money then move here!
