This Place is a SCAM. From the get go my apartment was not ready on my move in date, it was not cleaned and it was missing several appliances. They replaced the appliances but did not clean the apartment before I moved in. Then I had several issues with the sliding doors not closing correctly and the main door, having obviously been kicked in, had an large gap that was letting in bugs and letting out cold/warm air. I also had issues with flooding in the bedroom as well as water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen that I was told to basically just deal with. I have respiratory issues and they did nothing about the mold that was very clearly forming on the floor in the bedroom making it essentially unusable for my ENTIRE stay. I was forced to keep my bed in the living room. They keep deleting my maintenance requests and acting like they were never there. There are junkies that live in the laundry area that they refuse to do anything about. There are bands of screaming unattended children roaming throughout the parking lots and roads that are incredibly obnoxious. They do not enforce their noise curfew. The people who live here are rude and inconsiderate junkies. Most of them sit in the parking lot and do drugs while their kids run and scream around the parking lot. You will be towed at your expense, for parking somewhere that should have been fine for you to park in. And the Icing on the cake they won't contact you about your lease ending and instead will automatically enroll you in a much more expensive lease for the next month. Then they'll act like there's just nothing that they can do because you didn't give them notice. This place is TERRIBLE to say the least.
