My *** charges us a monthly fee that covers water, trash, grounds upkeep, and exterior maintenance. The trash is not always picked up and we are sometimes told not to use it. The snow removal is not completed in the walkways to the driveway. These are the little things. More importantly, our *** always has some ;special assessment' due for repairs, resulting in large additional charges, giving us about a month to come up with the extra money or set up a payment plan, due to not enough funds in the 'reserve account' to fix the issue. This results in some of us having to set up a payment plan. However, EVERY month, the *** will debit the entire amount from my bank account , resulting in my account being overdrawn and causing fees. These fees are refused to be refunded by the ***, they claim I gave permission to withdraw the entire amount, when I do not. I give them permission to withdraw my entire MONTHLY amount, but not including the special assessment to which I have a payment plan set up for. It's like pulling teeth to get them to return the finds, they claim it takes 2 - 3 weeks, and I can have my bank account overdrawn by thousands of dollars for 2 - 3 weeks every month. They refuse to fix this problem and I'm sick of their runaround answers and need help. I would like to file a formal complaint against them.Business response

Our system will only allow us to debit the amount as created on a monthly basis by your initial set up.
