    I made a purchase with the company that I then sent back because the quality was extremely poor and the fit was awful for my gym employees. They received the refund on January 15th. The *** asked for tracking proof which I sent and they said they can't help me despite the proof. Claiming they can't find the return. How is that my issue? I used your label and sent it back like I'm supposed to.****************************************************************************************************

    I ordered an item from Gymshark, but noticed I accidentally ordered the wrong color, so I immediately canceled my order in accordance to the terms and conditions of Gymshark, **** and subsequently ordered the item in the correct color. Gymshark flagged my order as "fraudulent" and after giving them the information related to the order they asked for, they refused to honor my order and refuse to tell me why/ honor the sale price that I purchased the item for. They then go onto say that I am banned from placing any orders from their online store, and again, refuse to tell me why.

    I had ordered during their Black Friday sale and still have not received my order. My address and information is correct and I have ordered and received packages to this address for 2 years now. I have tried contacting them many times and they have not helped me or even refunded my order of $75. On the website my order says it has been fulfilled but when I go to track my order on *** they say they don't have the package yet but the label has been created somewhere.

    Did not get part of my order that was placed almost a month ago. Unsuccessful at getting a response from anyone at the company after multiple tries.

    Ordered shoes from them. However they never ever shipped from the store. I was never able to talk to someone. They just kept reshipping the item provided a tracking number through OnTrac and **** However neither company ever received the item shipped. I have tried multiple time to contact them. I feel this is a false company trying to get money from people. I want a refund.

    On 11/21/24, I purchased an order from **************************. I have not received the shipment and Gymshark has not responded to my emails. Im seeking help with getting my order or having the order cancelled. The website makes it hard if not impossible to communicate with anyone. Customer support consists of a chat bot that does not help, it just leads you on a revolving door of nothing.

    My daughter was bought a pair of slides. They were too large so we asked the purchaser to send us the purchase email so we could make an exchange. I put in the email chain the address the slides should be shipped to. The purchaser had bought them, sent them to her own house to wrap and then mailed them to my house at original purchase. For the exchange there is no reason to send the slides to the purchaser's house which is across the country and would cost additional money to re-ship. I put in the email the name and address to send to. I received confirmation and a ** code to return them with. When I received the ** code it said the shoes would need to be "dropped off to a location within 50 miles of delivery location." This was not feasible as they had already been shipped 1000 miles. Luckily, I was able to return to a *** location without issue. AFTER dropping the shoes off for return I received a follow up email stating the replacement shoes would be shipped to the original purchaser, which again, is not helpful and unnecessary and would cost the purchaser more to re-send back to **. Throughout this entire ordeal gymshark continues to send exchange updates to the purchaser instead of me even though I am the one handling it. It should not be this complicated or difficult to simply exchange a pair of shoes for a different size.

    I placed order US20643467 that was confirmed on 11/30. The order included Essential Oversized Joggers color black size Large. They were on sale for $35.20 with an additional 25% off bringing the total to $26.40. I met the spend value for free shipping. On 12/3 I received an email that order fulfillment was taking longer than usual. And another email on 12/6 stating there was still a delay in shipping. On 12/8 I received an email that some of my items were not n the way but not to worry because others may be shipping from a different warehouse. On 12/9 I got a refund to ****** from GymShark with no explanation. On 12/10 I got an email apologizing that they cancelled the Essential Oversized Joggers in black size large because they were out of stock with a 20% coupon for the inconvenience. The issue is I logged on to GymShark when I got that ********** could still purchase that same item as it was showing in stock. So I sent an email stating Id like my order fulfilled & they said Id have to place a new order at a higher price & pay shipping. This is unethical business to cancel an item they have available I assume because it increased their shipping costs by sending multiple shipments. My only ask was for them to honor my original confirmed order with stock they show as having - so either they are misrepresenting current availability or falsifying why the canceled the order for that one item.

    There is no way to contact a real person to get a refund. I never received my order. This is fraud.

    I purchased items and went to return them all. I read through their return policy before ordering anything as I always do with new things that may not fit. It stated that anything could be returned for a refund as long as it did not say Final Sale on the item page and in checkout. I verified that all items did NOT say final sale anywhere, and even have a screenshot of the checkout page where none say it. When I went to submit a return, it shows that 2 of the items were Final Sale. They did not say that on the item page or in checkout but they will not let me return them for a refund. They offered a gift card which I do not want as nothing there fits me. This is not a problem on my end and I have screenshots that show that. I am returning all other items, the two it will not let me return are $56 total and I would like to return for this amount.
