    $12000 for custom shower and replace floor. 77yr old widow needed accessible shower. 1 shower pan too small for shower chair, cant use, 2 one wall installed to wrong measurements, 3 pipe for shower head too short to adjust head or even use standard head it came with 4 no water pressure 2 months 5 bent pipes in basement 6 broke original shower head 7 salesmen promised floor would be replaced, instead they placed cheap tile over the old broken tile you can feel when you walk on it. We measured and discussed it all personally with salesman. This project was riddled with incompetence from the beginning. They wont admit they messed up contract. We can live with the floor as it is, we would like to see the wall installed properly, but we are willing to accept what they gave us if they would just replace the shower pan with the one she asked for big enough to fit a shower chair in. photos and video available. Trying to avoid litigation.

    Rebath has decided to replace my mothers shower with one she can fit a shower chair into. Thank you to production manager *** ***** who came to our house personally to see for himself. Installation should be in mid January. I officially retract any bad reviews and claims *** through the BBB.

    ***************************** of Denver ***bath assured me that the almost $15K shower remodel, would include a shampoo niche, and barn door hung shower doors. He constantly delayed in providing photos but affirmed on several occasion that , that was what I would be getting! The job was completed today, 06/06/2024. There is NO shampoo niche or even a corner shelf. The shower door is a regular metal framed shower door. ***************************** was very deceptive. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

    We have reached out to the customer and verified that we installed and provided all of the products and services listed on their contract. The additional items that are being requested were not noted within the contract. We are have offered to add some additional items and services at cost to resolve their concerns.

    really regret going with Rebath. I have them currently working on a small downstairs bathroom, extending a shower by removing a closet and installing a new vanity and sink.Initially **** came out and he stated repairing the wall and painting would be included. Seemed logical, as the other estimates I got also included this and I didn't press further. I skimmed the contract and signed it. Big mistake. I should have carefully read every single line and questioned everything.The next day I did read it more thoroughly and see there's a line item saying customer will do all painting and drywall. Which is strange because as I was signing the contract **** was telling me to find matching paint for the other walls. I have no interest in painting and drywall so wouldn't have opted to do this myself, in fact I wouldn't have went with Rebath if I had known this wasn't included. Then I notice he hasn't included the option for a niche in the shower that I asked for in addition to 2 corner shelves. I asked him if the niche was going to be included and he said he forgot and would ask production to add it.Fast forward to the install. There is not only no niche, there are no corner shelves either. The teak bench can't be installed because my wall is concrete. They won't paint or drywall because the contract says it's not included.The shower itself looks very nice, ***** and ***** did a great job, but it's not what I wanted/thought I ordered, and I'm not thrilled about having to either paint and drywall or hiring someone else to finish it. I hired them hoping to have to have the bathroom completed, not "almost" completed.These photos are of the completed bathroom.Basically, **** *****. I spent $15k on a shower with no shelves and will be drywalling, painting, and replacing baseboards on my days off.

    While I do appreciate the offer to add shelves to the shower, that still leaves me needing to hire another contractor to complete the bathroom. 

    The way my bathroom was left is not acceptable for a completed job.

    We strive to satisfy every customer. You have stated that you are pleased with the work that we did do, but that you want more to be done. In an attempt to assist you, we have added shelves at no cost that were not in your signed agreement.

    All of your attached pictures are for drywall, texture, and paint services that are not in your signed agreement. We will not provide these services for free, but we are willing to do them at cost.

    Please reach out to our office and we would be happy to resolve your additional needs.

    Approximately 10-25-2023 The construction men completed the remodeling in the shower which has a light in the ceiling. The Ceiling light fixture was removed, and naked wires was covered by the instillation or ceiling. This was brought to my attention by a electrician that was doing a different project in the house and noticed it and informed me that it is against fire code to leave "necked wires" exposed this way. ***************************** from Rebath was so rude after the job was done. She harassed me on my job, demanding payment. I only agreed to let Rebath do the remodel because I got a call from ***************** (of rebath) and he said he would work personally. Of course that didn't happen. I worked with some of the rudest people I have ever encountered doing business. I was told by ******** not to call *** anymore. I would like a refund, in order to have my shower repaired safely and properly.

    I was told this was a quick and easy bathroom remolding project that would take approximately a week to compIete. I gave Re Bath a $4200.00 cashiers check on or about July 18, 2023. Several weeks went by, with no contact from anyone from this establishment. I reached out to ***** from rebath and told her I would like a refund, I was unhappy with the way things were going. I had to leave a message very seldom did I get a person on the phone. The next day when ***** returned my call she was unhappy with me because I said I wanted a refund. She asked me why? And suggested I use the money on a different bathroom when I told her I just would like my money back. I could tell by her tone, she was unhappy because I told I would just like to have my money back and forget this ever happened.? ***** said to me I dont know about that, maybe we can give you some of your money back but not all of it, she said I will see. She hung up the phone and I have not heard from her or anyone from the company since. I would like my money back, with interest at this point. Your assistance with this matter is appreciated.     I scheduled my tub/shower to be taken out and a new one installed on 7/8/22. I was promised 1day install and company mission statement of high quality product /install. They where in able to complete on 7/8/22. I was left with gaps and bathroom cuts that where over 1 inch gaps. They retuned on Saturday and fixed largest wrong cut on back wall. However, kept the others. They still needed to Come back on Monday to finish cocking. On Monday they returned and completed cocking. The cocking was messy, had holes, uneven and unclean. Window was not level and collecting water and slanted. I mentioned this to staff and sent photos. They did not believe me and sent a manager out to confirm. He confirmed that it was not up to RW-bath quality and apologized. They said they will send a master installer to fix on 7/22/22. I asked for compensation for time off for increased install and poor installs. They seemed to be upset that I requested them to come back for mistakes. I will never use them again. Also fearful that they will do/have done in superior work that could be harmful to me and my family
