Hi , my complaints are I was sent a defective solar generator! As soon as I received the generator I plugged it in and it didn't work it was stuck at 58% so I waited and waited it never charge to 100% ! I contacted the seller several times they asked for pictures. I requested a return that's was paid for by the seller. They sent me a shipping label and told me I had to pay for their defective generator shipping label. Which is ******** why should I have to pay out of my pocket for some defective solar generator they sent me. They should be responsible for the paying for the label and have ***** to pickup the **************************************** ASAP ! These people are aware of the defective generator not charging they have multiple complaints about this defect! On 11-19-23, I ordered six Bluetti portable power station AC2A units from Amazon.com and the product was sold and shipped by Bluetti. Each unit was purchased at $86.51 with the Black Friday sale and coupon voucher provided on the amazon Bluetti product page. On my order, I provided the following shipping address: ***********************************************. Canyon Country **. 91351.The following day I saw on my amazon account that all six units were shipped and provided the following *** tracking numbers;1. 1ZR51V740392305548 2. 1ZR51V740390806733 3. 1ZR51V740393566649 4. 1ZR51V740391560961 5. 1ZR51V740393389573 6. 1ZR51V740394266784 Upon further review, all the tracking numbers have delivery addresses to other states/address completely different than the shipping address I provided when I placed my orders.I also received an e-mail from Bluetti stating that they were issuing a refund of all orders because there was a system glitch that caused a discount overlay.Overall, I would like Bluetti to fulfill the orders and send me the units because I did not request a refund nor it is the buyers fault for any errors on Bluetti's or amazon's end. This company will not honor its warranty. We have a defective unit that is less than two years old. They allegedly have a four year warranty.After going through every requested troubleshooting step and providing dated proof of purchase they agreed to send us a return label. That label never came and they ceased responding to our e-mails for over a month. After attempting to post on their community forums (they declined to approve the post and it never became public) they claimed in private messaging this was due to an e-mail address change and someone would reach out.That someone made us repeat all troubleshooting steps already done and then claimed they cannot provide a label without a picture of unit packaged for return shipment. I have never been asked to do that by any organization for any return, including returns for items costing ten times what this one did. Nonetheless, we complied, and once again, they ghosted us and no longer reply to e-mails.Similar stories to mine abound on the Internet and it seems that virtually nobody is able to get their warranty for a Bluetti product honored. I am at a loss for what to do here except share the story in the hopes of saving someone else the trouble and regret we have endured.Initial Complaint

Problem with EB70S purchased. Bluetti refused to repair or help in any way. Horrible manufacturer support - will not help in any way. Refusal to sell me AC200P aviation cable - no response whatsoever to requests. Also, sold me additional refurbished EB70S - sent me older more heavily used EB70 with diminished battery capacity instead. Good products but support largely nonexistent. I have a warranty on an eb240 solar power unit that I just started using. Power button does not work correctly. It is still under warranty but the company will not help as I do not have the original order number still in my files. The unit is almost a few years old but I only used it once when I first bought it. I have sent them all the information that they requested but they are refusing to send a return label so that I can get it repaired until I give them an order number that I just dont have anymore. I sure they must still have this in their system records. I would appreciate any help you could be with this issue. I bought a solar system from Bluetti. It is supposed to have a warranty however after 3 different attempts through phone and email I have got nothing in return. I spent $4600 dollars on something that is supposed to have 24 lifetime support. Nothing on that. One of the phone numbers on the website in no longer in service. Probably that 24 hour support. This system does not work. It left me out in the cold on the coldest day of the ******** was helpless. I bought this system in July 2022. Have used it very little and the one time it is really need. I purchased the item on Nov 23, 2022. I realized I'd accidentally used debit rather than credit and contacted them to see if I could correct it. They wrote back saying "Thank you for contacting us. Sorry that your order has paid. We can not change the payment." By Nov 30, I still hadn't received a shipment notification and wrote them asking if this was normal. They wrote back saying they hadn't shipped it because they were waiting to hear back from me. However, they never indicated they needed to hear back from me and had already processed the payment. I started to question if I even wanted to buy from the company. I went on their website to compare the product I'd ordered with a competitor's and noticed it was now listed for $20.00 less than what I'd paid. I wrote asking to be refunded the difference, based on the price match guarantee advertised on their website: "BLUETTI guarantees that we will refund you the difference if you find a lower price from us within 30 days of your purchase." They wrote back claiming it was a system error and that the product was now $80.00 more than what I'd paid. I responded saying the company lacked integrity if it could not stand behind its word. They had advertised a lower price and were required to refund the difference based on their offer. They wrote back asking if I'd still like the product and said they'd refund me the $20 difference. I accepted. However, they provided the difference after tax, not before. So, technically, they did not offer a price match still owed me $3.00. I wrote back explaining this and they responded saying it was company rule that they could only refund $20. I'm not upset about $3.00. It's the principle. On a bigger ticket item, this would add up to a lot more money. Yesterday, Dec 5th, I finally received a shipping notification but have yet to receive the product. This company is dishonest, their customer service is terrible and they falsely advertise a price match guarantee.Initial Complaint

Re: ORDER BLUETTI-US46344 Bluetti EB55.Chemical smell.Constant fan on on charger brick soon as the charger is plugged into ****. The charger brick has a smell of circuitry.The power station has a circuitry smell when anything is plugged into it. The room smells like circuitry chemical electrical smell. The ** plugs on the power station make a fan spin/sound lower RPM then as if the fan was plugged into the wall. (Something is not correct).I have attempted to contact via email several times, no reply.
