      I won't ever order from this company again. Sent me a used propeller that wasn't even close to the size and pitch of the one I ordered. Then they made me pay for return shipping to get a refund. Never again.

      So far have pushed my order out 6 weeks. Do not use them.They have different excuses every time. They say one thing and next time say something else. Good Liars.

      HI ****, your order was placed on 06/07 evening so we got it on Monday 6/10. This shipped on 6/19. 

      We sent you an email on Monday June 10 letting you know that some parts were backordered at the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this. 

      It looks like the package arrived yesterday per ***** hardly 6 weeks unless you have a different order with us?

      Terrible customer service they dont do what they say as for delivery dont order on a Wednesday because it wont ship out till the following Wednesday. They force you to pay for fast shipping because they !!!are so flipping!,! slow.!! As for Crowley will not contact you if there is any problem With delivery issues .missing order part anything as for their representatives, they dont listen they dont do what they say. They still owe me a delivery charge per the representative who was going to put all the parts together and send it out on one delivery and they were going to refund me. Delivery charge still is never happened. Find somebody else do not call them. Hang up. I ordered two separate orders in one month and they screwed up both of them.

      Over 2 weeks and still not received my order...of reportedly in stock items! Great at placing blame on **** or other delivery firms. Will NEVER deal with this joke of a company again. Definitely a BUYER BEWARE vendor.

      I should have read the reviews and avoided these clowns. I got the standard Crowley experience. I ordered a fuel filter that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. They immediately charged my credit card, but two weeks have passed, nothing. They will not respond to my follow-up inquiries.

      Apparently i had the same issues that most people have had with Crowley marine. The shipping time your given when you order is a joke. **************** told me 3 days in a row that it will be shipping each day I called. I ordered parts on 08/03/2023, as of today 08/14/23 they just generated a shipping label. My customer is leaving for vacation with his boat on 08/23, or now since the parts wont get here till close to time for him to leave. Thanks to this company, they made me look bad to my customer because i assured them i ordered parts early enough to have his boat ready before vacation.

      Terrible customer service, very unprofessional, and lie about shipping times and don't care about customers time. I placed order, says 3 day shipping to where I'm at. Ordered on Tuesday 8th around 8 am. Called on Friday the 11th and was told order has not even left warehouse. I got hung up. Called back and was told website says 3-5 days and during busy season they prioritize those who pay extra for expedited shipping. I told them I understand but I'm paying customer, and website says three days to CA for my shipping method, and if what they said is the way it is, then it should be stated on website so a customer can plan accordingly. I pulled some favors to get boat scheduled for that weekend, and this puts me on back end of two month waiting list because that favor is not happening again. I told them if they can ship overnight to make things right and pretty much was told they will put it priority two day, but won't get it till the 15th. Still puts me on two month boat mechanic waiting list and gets me my product 7 days, 5 business days after I ordered and only because I called. If not they said it probably wouldn't of even shipped out until the 15th. Basically they care more about those who pay more and lie about shipping to get your business. I could have got same item 15 dollars cheaper on **** with 5 day shipping and had it and planned accordingly. Disappointed and frustrated at being told its 3-5 days even when its stated online 3 days, even if it was a day off, does not make it right to not even ship it by the third day, and get hung up on and be called a liar concerning shipping policy.

      I took my boat to Crowley Marine for an acceleration problem and some maintenance. They test drove the boat twice for the acceleration problem and charged me $525.00 to tell me I need to drop the prop size. Crowley Marine switched the prop and put on a 17-pitch prop for the test drive, Crowley commit with the 17-pitch prop, and I quote found it took a bit long to get on plane. I have had my current prop for APX. 10 years and never had an acceleration problem until lately. I requested the fuel lines to be replace from the fuel tank to both motors. Crowley out right lied to me when I asked them if they replaced the fuel lines, they said they replaced both lines. I cheeked and found out they replaced APX. 2 feet of fuel line on one motor. Crowley could not diagnose the acceleration problem, so the acceleration problem still exists, and they out right lied to me about the fuel lines. Crowley boats is a joke with terrible service.

      Same Story. **************** ***** and I was told what I wanted to hear not was was really going on. Had to cancel my order get it somewhere else. Never again.
