    Would not accept return on non working part. Furthermore, paid an additional $16 for expedited 2 day shipping and didn't receive the last until over a week later. Will never buy anything from them again.

    **************** SUCKS!!!! went on line to their web sight looking a part for my outboard motor. Couldn't fine what i wanted so I sent an e-mail to their service **** with the make, model, and serial number of my outboard motor and what part I needed. Their replay was YES we have it at $144.00, so i informed them to order it and gave them a CC # for payment. 10 days went by when i got and e-mail stating its being shipped. come to find out it was a NIS (not in stock) item and was ordered from some other company. they never informed me that they didn't have it in stock so i could cancel the order and go somewhere else for the parts. POOR service!!!! after getting the part in the mail it wasn't what I needed. I then drove two hours to an outboard dealing, and they had what i needed for only $60.00. I show them what was sent to me and she started laughing, she said that an overhaul kit for the lower unit. NOT what I wanted. Now the fun starts trying to return the wrong part! Following their guideline on returning items I requested return approval, not once but twice, still no replay so I called this was the call from HELL!!! dropped calls, kept asking how ordered the part, my replayed you did, he replied but you placed the order I replied what the h*** does that have to do with retiring the part. so now I have to pay postage and 20% restock fee for a wrong part they shipped. Final line doesn't do business with this company!!!!! they don't know the meeting of customer service and don't care!

    This is a very bad business that missed my overnight shipping once and now the 2nd time charged $57.55 and shipped my parts to Fance while I am using Paypal to buy parts every day without a problem. These people if humans at all are irresponsible and ignorant. They kept saying: that was the address we sent and went silent. Why would you send a domestic order to another country while your customer is using Paypal with proper *** address? What a ***** business that caused my customer to miss his family planned camping trip with a working motor.

    I won't ever order from this company again. Sent me a used propeller that wasn't even close to the size and pitch of the one I ordered. Then they made me pay for return shipping to get a refund. Never again.

    So far have pushed my order out 6 weeks. Do not use them.They have different excuses every time. They say one thing and next time say something else. Good Liars.

    HI ****, your order was placed on 06/07 evening so we got it on Monday 6/10. This shipped on 6/19. 

    We sent you an email on Monday June 10 letting you know that some parts were backordered at the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this. 

    It looks like the package arrived yesterday per ***** hardly 6 weeks unless you have a different order with us?

    Terrible customer service they dont do what they say as for delivery dont order on a Wednesday because it wont ship out till the following Wednesday. They force you to pay for fast shipping because they !!!are so flipping!,! slow.!! As for Crowley will not contact you if there is any problem With delivery issues .missing order part anything as for their representatives, they dont listen they dont do what they say. They still owe me a delivery charge per the representative who was going to put all the parts together and send it out on one delivery and they were going to refund me. Delivery charge still is never happened. Find somebody else do not call them. Hang up. I ordered two separate orders in one month and they screwed up both of them.

    Over 2 weeks and still not received my order...of reportedly in stock items! Great at placing blame on **** or other delivery firms. Will NEVER deal with this joke of a company again. Definitely a BUYER BEWARE vendor.

    I should have read the reviews and avoided these clowns. I got the standard Crowley experience. I ordered a fuel filter that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. They immediately charged my credit card, but two weeks have passed, nothing. They will not respond to my follow-up inquiries.

    Excellent experience, fast efficient service and excellent customer service. We were helped by Ms. ************************** who has extensive knowledge regarding maritime shipments. We thank her for helping us with our shipments to *********** for our new solar business.

    Apparently i had the same issues that most people have had with Crowley marine. The shipping time your given when you order is a joke. **************** told me 3 days in a row that it will be shipping each day I called. I ordered parts on 08/03/2023, as of today 08/14/23 they just generated a shipping label. My customer is leaving for vacation with his boat on 08/23, or now since the parts wont get here till close to time for him to leave. Thanks to this company, they made me look bad to my customer because i assured them i ordered parts early enough to have his boat ready before vacation.
