    ORDER ORDER #****** I was sent the wrong order. I called and left 2 messages, and emailed 3 times. The business wont respond. I requested to send me the correct order and I would send the first order back with a prepaid label, or they could refund the wrong items. I am seeking compensation for the peppermint puffs and cream filled cinnamon candy canes since I didnt receive either.

    "I ordered 2 packages of the peppermint puffs under the impression they were the soft peppermint candy, the kind that melts in your mouth. They are not, they are a hard candy. Was this packaged wrong? If not, why do you call them puffs? Its very misleading especially when all other peppermint puffs by other brands are the soft candy. 

    I would like it replaced with the soft candy or a refund. If you send me a label, I dont mind sending them back, however one package was opened. "

    After this we refunded Gigi:

    $10.00 for shipping and $23.87 for her peppermint puffs and cinnamon filled candy canes

    After much correspondence and confusion within their company, they finally issued a full refund, something that should have been done weeks ago.
