      December 5th around 5:00 I was waiting to be checked in when ******** said that I had already shopped today and I can only get a ******* amount I had been at work for 12 hours and sleep for 4 theres no way I couldnt have shopped goin on I try to get more info about how to check the system he yells at me I need to leave, when I go on the other side of the glass to make him comfortable I asked for the number hr has that ticked him off I guess to where he starts yelling, i look to the right and ask the female cashier to help me I have a medical card for ptsd loud noises and people yelling will trigger a episode, after u asked her to help me he then tells f*** you shes my employee I tell her what to do has he told her go to the back and I ask her before she walks away was I in the wrong he steps away and tells ******** to calm down hes overreacting he goes on to yell at me that Im band and to step outside with him , which I stated I have ptsd a threat will very well send me over the edge. Now granted that whole thing couldve been avoid on both ends but I feel has a business that deals with different kinds of disable people I dont think he should A access to people files when they have a disagreement but I dont think he should be around people that could have a trigger or episodes. In addition to ******** when I reached out to HR they completelly blew me off and took up for him without any time to investigate or look at the cameras.

      Hello-After completing an investigation by speaking with both employees whom were onsite and witness to this issue, reviewing cameras and reviewing what ****************** indicated, we have come the conclusion that ***************** was at fault for these issues. We denied him of service due to him not having the proper paperwork in order for him to shop and us be compliant with the ****************************** and the *************************. He had just turned 21 which made his paperwork now invalid as the Uniform Certificate Form (***) paperwork stated between the ages of *****. The original issue on this day had nothing to do with him using his 2 ounces somewhere else. The issue with the 2 ounces was a different day. My manager simply asked him to come back the next day to get the paperwork sorted out as ****************** was very angry and not listening. This would give him the chance to calm down and discuss in a calmer setting. ***************** left and then came back into the building 2 additional times and was yelling at my employees and threatened my manager. My manager did not threaten the customer. In one of the emails that ****************** provided, ****************** admitted to saying Ill be back at ******************************************************************************************** the video footage you can clearly see that our manager was trying to help ****************** as you could see that our manager had the laptop in his hands trying to show ****************** what was going on. In the video you can clearly see that both of my employees were very calm until the manager was threatened and had to tell him to leave several times and he wouldnt. One of the times ****************** left, he stopped at the full length window and was looking through it and pulled his shirt up motioning at his waist as if he had a gun. You can see in the video that my manager had to close the blinds to stop any further issues from happening. ****************** would not just leave and come back the next day to get everything sorted out.He came into our facility a total of 3 times harassing my employees. He indicated he reached out to HR however he was not in contact with me directly,he had only emailed our main email line even though he was provided with my email address. The manager did call me immediately to discuss what happened. We take threats very seriously, especially due to being a medical and recreational marijuana dispensary. We also had an issue several weeks before with ****************** at another one of our facilities whereas he was yelling and cursing at my employees again from the front door causing a scene. We did not ban ****************** for improper paperwork or for shopping somewhere else. It was strictly for the threats and the safety of my employees. Had he not have threatened my employees he would still be able to shop.

      I am rejecting this response because: they are talking about 2 different occasions the form that was field out incorrect that day I got my medication and left I came back the next week, and your off the rip said I already shopped and was trying to scam came over to me in the lobby and got hostile and how did both your employees say the same thing when the manager yelled at the employee for trying to help me and sent her to the back and all medical transactions are reported and lets pull up the camera from 10:30 and see which one of your employees let somebody else use my medical number.

      Also I would like to see the footage that made them think I had a gun or was just cause Im tall black and have dreads they literally just proved my point that ******** has something against black people, I strongly stand against firearms.

      We have the right to refuse service to anyone. We have had numerous issues with this person. We take threats and safety very seriously. The ****************************** (MED) also  came to our facility and confirmed he did not have the correct paperwork as his paperwork expired, therefore we cannot serve him anyway.

      Nobody used your medical number. We have an identification verification process in place to prevent this. We are required to check IDs by looking at faces, DOB, expiration, name and match them to the medical card. Looking at your shopping history you didn't shop with us that day. The *** confirmed this as well. As mentioned previously, you are not banned due to improper paperwork. You could have provided us with the proper paperwork that wasn't expired however instead you left our facility several times and came back in several times and threatened our employees. Had you left the first time and came back the next day like my manager asked you would've still been able to shop with us.

      When BBB reached out to them also the *** they decided they wanted to lie and say that Ive been causing trouble at their other location has if Im not medical like pull up the record or the camera Ive never been there its a company of liars that hire thieves and criminals to run their day to day operations

      I dont know if this has gone to multiple people that work there but has I have said plenty times it wasnt about paper work even tho you cant even admit to being wrong your employee threatened me first next time I know to just let it happen and why when I asked for the records at *************** that I had been a problem at you never said anything else about it because I had never shopped there respect to the business for protecting their employees but your store manager was caught lying so instead of shopping at that location where only he was the problem, I can drive across town to the other one if your in the business of practicing good business deeds. Also asking again for my records can I have the ************* of When I was a issue at the other location?
