    As a resident in the neighborhood I've been really disappointed with how disrespectful Capital Dent has been when asked to be considerate about filling our block with cars they are waiting to work on. It has been difficult to navigate the street in front of our own houses and they have been asked by several people to please make room for the residents on the block and refused. I imagine if they treat us this way they aren't treating their customers or their cars with much respect.

    This business is violating *************************** laws by utilizing residential parking to park 50+ cars for months at a time. The residents near this business have tried to discuss with management and the owner, the owner has no intentions to comply with Zoning code. Due to this violation neighbors are unable to park near their residence but homeowners have had their waste bins moved to park more vehicles. The owner is rude, disrespectful and in complete disregard for the residence he is taking advantage of to make more money. Not only is this an inconvenience to the community, these cars in this businesses "care" are unmonitored parked for 3+weeks at a time without moving. These cars are not safe or well cared for and I do not believe the customers realize their cars are parked in this way. The City of ****** wrote them a Zoning Violation for this parking issue on 6/10/24 . They were given until 6/28/24 to make adjustments and have done nothing to make this better at this time.
