    The website purport to be ********, but items are shipped from mainland China. It's been three weeks since I ordered and have not received my item.The customer service line is out of order.I have no idea if I will receive my item or if I will receive a refund if I return it. I would never order from this company again.

    Date: 2/11/2023. Place order over $400.00 to this company for clothing and they have NOT acknowledged that they are working on it or when they will be shipping the order.     I ordered two products on December 18th and still have not received the coat; see below. I have attempted to contact Nap Loungewear no less than 5 times and they do not respond.     On December 4, I ordered a sweatshirt and sweatpants from NAP for $105. The sweatpants did not fit and I needed to exchange them. I was told very very specifically how to send back the sweatpants to exchange them. I followed the directions EXACTLY to the address above almost 3 weeks ago including the receipt from the post office with the tracking number as I was instructed to do. I have called several times ************** and sent several emails to ********************************** and even wrote a message in ******** asking if my package had been received and when I can expect to receive my exchanged pant. Nobody is returning my emails or returning my phone calls. What else should I do???

    I placed an order with Nap Loungewear website on December 9th, 2022. I ordered a cashmere cardigan. I was notified with my order confirmation that I would receive update when item shipped. The cost of the item was $199 and my credit card was charged on the date of order, which was December 9th. Several weeks went by and I emailed to inquire about my order. I was simply told to understand the delay due to holiday. After Christmas, I have emailed again and I have also attempted to call to inquire about my order and I have still not received any additional information.

    I placed an order with the company, never received the product, never received a working tracking number, and the company refuses to issue a refund even though the new tracking number they had for this package states it was delivered to the *****************, which is not the delivery address listed on this order. Upon doing some additional research, it looks like this company has done this often and to multiple people, per found reviews.

    Hi...I order over $700 from this business of merchandise I kept one $89 puffer jacket on the order as I returned the rest and received no refund. Two if the pieces the ****** shawl collar jacket and ************************* coat on the order attached I never received entirely but was still charged for them. I just want them to refund me the money owed on the order and they still won't refund me. Please help!Thank you ********

    Ordered $399 sweater from Nap. Charged to my AMEX. Took over a month to receive. Didnt like it. Mailed it back via Priority mail a few days later. Its now been over 6 weeks with no evidence of refund. Contacts given on their web sites either defunct or useless. Im very concerned.
