1/24/22, paid over $200 for a suit that never received. Notified their customer service department. Emailed back & forth with ******** numerous time, and nothing resolved. Requested refund back to card used for purchase since item was never received.Business response

I pre ordered a ski suit that was meant to ship in November. Upon hearing nothing from the company, I contacted them. It took a week for them to finally tell me that the suit would not be ready for shipment until mid-late December.The website still states that the item will be ready for delivery end of November.After being promised the items would be delivered "mid-late December" I once again had to contact the company myself (no contact from them unless multiple emails are sent), and I am now informed the item "may" be shipped early January. On top of that - I was offered a gift card which I used, and my credit card was then changed as the discount code did not work.Business response

As I'm sure you know, there's been a huge delay nationwide for shipping as well as delivery issues. Sadly, we've fallen victim to that as well and the shipment containing our ski suits needed a little extra time finding their way home. We're so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and know there are many circumstances beyond our control but will do everything on our side to make this right. We have been in communication with you and are trying to make sure all of our customers needs are met during this busy holiday season. On Dec 1st 2021 I ordered a clothing item. It doesn't fit and I contacted the company for a refund. I was told I can get store credit. I would like my money back as there isn't anything else from this company that I'm interested in. The order number is RMA-*******-1. Twice in the past month I have received an unsolicited catalog from the company Shinesty. I have never ordered product from this company, or even heard of them before I received the catalog. Their catalogs are soft porn, the catalog is even addressed to "the bathroom of". I have 4 young children in my house and this material is completely inappropriate to be sending unsolicited. They are putting images of adults in their underwear, in the hands of young children, or in other words, providing porn images to young children, which is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL!!!! Please provide me information on how you can stop this from happening.Business response

On Sept 16th 2021 I placed order# ******* for some underwear that were going to "change my life". These are the worst, cheaply made boxer briefs I own. After just ONE wash (laundered exactly how Shinesty recommend them to be laundered) they are HORRIBLY faded. The legs ride up my theighs and I am constantly tugging at the legs all day. During the gentle tug to pull them back down into position, I can heard threads popping and breaking. These should cost about $5/ pair at most.....but I get it. They're quarky, funny designs with fun/goofy advertisement and that's what we're all paying for...not the quality. After I wasted money on these, I bought some of the ***** Total Support Pouch boxer briefs and the quality is incomparable. As such, I now own 12 pair of these MUCH higher quality ***** for the same price I paid for 3 of these Shinesty underwear. I feel like I was ripped off and WAY overcharged. I hate this purcahse and I've received no cring response from customer service. I refund would be great. I'll even send them back. They're horrible.Business response
