      Made a pre-order purchase which was delayed due to production issues and would not ship on time. I was offered a refund which I accepted on 8/14. To date the order has been cancelled as of 8/14 but I have not been refunded my money. Numerous emails have been sent requesting my refund

      February 17, 2024 *************** box set titled ****** Kisses was ordered for 250 dollars. Description said release date was Spring 2024. It is now summer. Repeated attempts have been made to contact company to inquire as to updated release date to no avail. Widespread issue judging from ******** posts from other individuals. They collected money at time of order.

      I pre ordered a item from them several months back. I contacted the company via their website to initiate a refund for this order (which according to the terms on their site I am eligible for a refund as long as the order hasnt shipped out yet which it hasnt). I reached out again after 10 days to get a refund on my order (#******). No response from the company at all.

      Even though you didn't get a reply from the business, they did eventually give a full refund. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

      Order placed on April 30th - for ILLENIUM Presents: STARFALL book ($30.50). Order received on May 6th, but the item received was not what was ordered - item received was ************************** Emailed Z2 requesting correction/exchange on Tuesday, May 7th; no response. Emailed again on May 15th; no response. Emailed again today, June 1st. Vendor has been entirely unresponsive to emails for assistance.I am requesting an exchange of the wrongly delivered item for the item I ordered.

      I preorder an item in August last year and the release date kept being pushed back. Its now almost a year later and was released on may 7 2024. Today is may 19 2024 and has not shipped. The item was $200 and should have been here on the release date. I have sent several emails with no response and several phone calls with no answer. I would just like to have my order or a complete refund but they are ignoring any communication and there are a lot of people wondering where this item is. Im not the only one. Im getting frustrated with the whole situation

      On 12/08/2022 I placed a preorder (#******) for a graphic novel that was supposed to come out 09/2023. Delays kept happening over and over again and the novel didnt get released until 05/07/2024. Z2 has not only neglected to give updates but they havent shipped the novel despite now being released and they have not responded to any attempts to contact them. Many others are having this same issue as well. I believe they are ignoring the preorders and hoping to get away with it due to it being well over a year and a half since the orders were placed

      Today is 3 May 2024. I placed an order with Z2Comics on 16 November 2022. The order number ******, and it was for the Pantera: Vulgar Display of Power Platinum Edition (SIGNED). I still do not have my full order and Z2Comics is unresponsive to email and has no telephone option. I received part of my order on 21 September 2023, but they still have not sent me the vinyl record, or the resin statue. I'm discussed with how long it has taken to fulfill my order and even more discussed with Z2Comic's lack of responsiveness. Either they need to fulfill the rest of my order or issue me a refund. Either way, they need to be responsive to order status inquiries.

      Purchased a bundle of Pantera merchandise for ****** 70% of it was delivered. We were in contact and I accepted the wait. Partial refund was offered more than once.Now we are at the point where I have not received contact, products I paid for or a refund for missing products.

      I purchased online from Z2 Comics 2 copies of the deluxe edition of ********* Starship - Blows Against the Empire as follows: 10/21/2021 = $119.45 11/29/2021 = $86.02 I have the confirmation and receipts. The packages were supposed to be delivered the following April or May, 2022. The company would seldom answer my inquiries thereafter (I think I received 2 messages total from them). They stated there were delays and, finally, after 2 years of waiting, they sent a message that the product had been cancelled and a refund would be issued. After 2 more months of waiting for my refund, I sent several inquiries to them, never to hear a word back. I have not received my refunds for this purchase to date.

      After some searching, I was able to reach out to one of the people from Z2 Comics.  He was very gracious and apologetic for the situation and initiated a prompt refund in full along with some complementary items.  I am now satisfied and deem this case fully remedied.  With thanks to the Z2 staff.

      I placed an order with Z2 on Feb 26, 2022 for a preorder of Pantera items limited to 500 signed. As the months went on there was lack of communication, weeks and weeks to get an answer, couldnt contact by phone said messages were always full and delay after delay. This year, *********************************************************************************************************************** Finally received what I thought was the entire package for my husband and items are missing. I paid $299.00 up front and am still missing things. Tried contacting them and no response.
