I enlisted into the national guards . When I shipped out on nov 02 2016 I was sent to fort ******* . Where I remained for basic combat training . I never went home during the vbl holidays break my unit went on. I was on base at 313th still pulling shifts overnight still running errands in the day . I remained on base until February 23rd 2016. I ch out of the army as an E1 private and went on my civilian life . When I noticed I was hit with a collections not 3 months later for 2362$. I contacted them about this issue and they said it was for over payment for a month (2062$) and paid time off that I didnt have(300) . I expressed I was E1 my payment wasnt even close to that monthly I only got 1465$ . And I didnt go home at all to use time of in fact I wasnt allowed due to being a drop out . They told me to call my unit it have it corrected but I never made it to my unit . I this paid monthly and used it to build my credit . And after I finished paying that was that . But than they added about 115$ and said I never paid it . Than I paid that . Now I have another 124$ that I owe because whatever reason . This is a scam. And I will be going to the ftc with report if this continues . Its been going on for 6 and a half years I just want the money I over paid which is 761$ today and my the 3 credit bureaus because its ruining my credit

I have an account in collection through them that I have NO knowledge of. I tried disputing it with Transunion but they refuse to do anything about it. Also, this account was CLOSED and CHARGED OFF then all of a sudden it was reopened. How is that possible?? Below are the screenshots showing it was closed. However, when I caller transunion, they stated that the company reopened the account and the information is accurate. It's not.

The agency is DFAS-DE/FYDB - ****** ** **************..... I NEVER received a bill or a notice that I owed this money. Apparently they where still trying to take money out of a paycheck I was not even receiving. Not once was I informed of this. Not for two years. No email, no phone call, no letter in the mail. ALL OF WHICH THEY HAD ON FILE! As soon as this hit my credit report I immediately called and paid off this debt, within minutes that I found it was on my report. Their solution is to wait 5 days, see if payment clears, then wait another month to finally remove it from my report. This is unacceptable since I had never received any sort of bill or notice or no one even bothered to question the fact that I wasn't even working there and getting a paycheck from them.
