Good Morning,So last night the ********** NEW GSA, started sending chats to peoples ** telling them to jump off and then cutting them off of ** from the back end. A conversation started with a lot of other people that she cut off and I was commenting but not in a bad way very professional from a business stand point of view of what she was doing wrong, a better way to tell jump ons to get off not silently cutting them off from the back end etc. So there was several conversations going on about the way she was picking and choosing to cut people off, still in a professional manner gave up better options of doing this in the chat. After the conversation was done about 30 mins to an hour she started the chat back up stating that what she was doing was proper and the right way, since I have started working here back in October I have never heard of a GSA ** chatting for people to jump off and then cutting their ** line off, it has always been that it is posted for Jump ons to Jump off..... Eventually, after she started the conversation back up two others got on talking about if we don't like how something is going that we dont have to be here and that we could not have jobs etc... Someone else was very respectful and stated that she has read the conversation and that it will be addressed but for us to stop so something hurtful doesnt get said. I replied to both of them that most of us have other businesses or jobs that we do so if we are here we choose to be and that her comment was uncalled for then to the positive young lady I mentioned that it was her GSA that started the conversation back up after we had ended it, she should of corrected her GSA to leave the chat alone after everyone else had let it go but that is not what they did, instead they cut me out of the channel, then in the middle of helping a cx and giving them their confirmation number cut off my **, and then locked me out of Humanity.... Omni did not pay me for services rendered. I was sent a check for about half of what it should have been, with no hours listed. I attempted to contact them with a screenshot showing my hours worked, and they never responded. Thanks!Business response

Omni Interactions fired me and several other people because we had not been paid correctly for two straight weeks. For last week we had to fight for our pay and they claimed it was a mistake and ensured us it would not happen again Well this week come payday we was not paid and when we inquired about our pay they claim they was gonna send it via PayPal like last week and then i get an email saying I'm fired bc i broke the contract. I guess broke it by saying i was going to *** regarding my pay. I still have not been paid they are not answering calls or emails. They removed me from all platforms so I could not reach out to them I m owed over ****Business response
