I had a delivery to my home that was contracted by ****. The delivery driver did damage to my property. I contacted the company and they said that they are not responsible because the drivers are contractors. I was able to contact the driver and the driver is refusing to pay for the damage. I asked the driver for a copy of insurance card and he is refusing to provide it. I contacted Veho once again and they said they are limited to what they can do. Now, I am looking at repairs that are just under $1000. The only way I have been contacted by Veho via email. If this company requires their drivers to be insured, then who is responsible for damage when the driver clearly is not insured.Initial Complaint

Package was given to a third party, Veho, to be delivered. Package was sent back to facility due to difficulties locating your address and will be rescheduled at a later time. Thats all that I got for two days. My package still says delayed delivery, no other information. They later lied and stated the deliver person actually found my address but could not locate my unit and security would not accept the package. That is a lie. Security and I know each other very well. She know my name, she would have accepted the package. I dont have any more information. I want my coffee pods. I purchased items from Quince on 11/28 and the order confirmation included a tracker status. After it being over a week, I accessed the tracker and it took me to Vehos delivery website. The status indicated that the driver attempted delivery on 12/3 but could not access the building. I live in a stand alone residential home that is not in a gated community. There is no access issue the driver wouldve had. Ive confirmed on the order that the correct name and address was listed. I contacted **** support and they were unhelpful. They said the package was attempted to be delivered many times even though their own status shows one attempt and does not make sense with the reason of delay since I do not live in a gated community or a building that requires a code. **** customer support has since ignored me and will not help. I am out $400+ for the package and will now have to reach out to Quince or file a credit card dispute for their incompetency.Initial Complaint

No one will answer me and my package has been delayed for over 24 hours. **** delivery driver did not deliver our Hello Fresh package. It was advised that they could not get into our building which is a total excuse because I have specific delivery directions on my account. I contacted **** customer service, who said the driver was too far away. I contacted customer service within 2 minutes of THE FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT TEXT MESSAGE and ALL THEY WOULD DO IS re-deliver our meals the next day. There is NO EXCUSE not to have delivered our package and they did not even try to rectify the situation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY. Now our meals will be room temperature or hot and not edible. This has been the sixth time this same occurrence has happened to us with VEHO.Initial Complaint

Hello Fresh delivers with this horrible company. I've had my food items exposed to the elements and dropped on the ground with this company. I was suppose to receive a box on 9.24.24, it's going on day 2 and I haven't received my items and at this point why would I? If this company contracts with a food vendor, the items should arrive in a timely manner and not inconvenience my routine. To boot, they have no number to contact to speak with a person and make a real complaint to resolve an issue. I ordered items from **** ***** and received confirmation that **** would deliver my package on September 5th. On September 5th **** advised my delivery was delayed and would be delivered on the 6th. On the 6th I never received my package, so I decided to be patient and to give it some more mail time. My order from **** (shipped via Veho) was set to arrive today. It was delivered at 1:40 pm by a guy who took several pictures for proof before leaving. Exactly one minute later, another guy (or same with different shirt) is seen walking back and forward across my door, and at 1:43 pn he picks up the box and walks away.This is a very obvious organized scam. I had a package delivered by ****** 10 minutes later a Veho driver entered our lobby to deliver a separate package and stole the package delivered by ****** It was medication and retail priced at $1165. The driver is on video wearing a Veho shirt. We validated this by asking our neighbor who delivered their package and they sent us a copy of the shipping label.Veho has no number to talk to anyone about complaints. They have a texting service and no process of resolution. I have offered to talk to **** on the phone and provide them video and proof of shipping and they have not responded.
