    On August 2, 2024, ******* ******* (********) ************************************* sent an email soliciting interest for a paid media inclusion in *********. The offer was for a paragraph feature of a product or service that would run in 2-3 weeks and would cost $1000. I contract as a marketing manager with a company who was interested, and we approved and paid the invoice in full on August 2. The materials were sent to ******* within 2 days, before her deadline. I followed up on Aug 26 and was told there was a delay at the publisher. I then followed up again on September 5, 16, and 30. I received either no reply or was told things were delayed. I followed up again October 4 and 14. On October 17, ******* indicated she had been out due to her son's health and offered me a refund as well as a new article to be placed for free on *** within 3 days. I accepted the *** article and expected it to be published around October 23. Nothing has been published on ********* or ***.I contacted ******* on November 11 to tell her I wanted to receive the refund that she offered. I followed up with her on November 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 20, 21, and 22 and I have not had a reply since. She continues to send solicitation emails to customers for similar services on a regular basis - even for the same publications that she promised **** would like her to refund the $1000 and I would like others to be leery of her services.
