    Worst experience I have ever had. I sold them tickets and transferred them on Sept 28th 2023. I have all the proof that they were accepted by **** on that day. I received emails stating that I canceled the tickets and now they are going to report me to credit bureau. The person that was emailing me was very ignorant and accusing. Then again I sent them all the proof and get a half assed apology. But still wanting me to do more for them. I'm sorry you have shifty employees who can't keep track of life it seems. Now I have sent everything from my end to bbb, credit bureau, my lawyer and next step will be the police if I receive any more emails from this scam company.

    I had a great experience and would highly recommend Ticket Rescue for selling tickets. I could not attend at the last minute and made a little more than I spent on the tickets the morning of the event. I will absolutely be using them again if I ever need to sell (or buy!) tickets. I don't often write reviews, but their customer service is unparalleled and the process is fast and seamless.

    Absolutely terrible. Sold my tickets to Lollapalooza which hasnt even happened yet I may add. The tickets were there 36 hours before actually I gave updates, I gave screen shots, they communicates with me told me they had received them and that my payment was being processed. Mind you I had been talking to quality control the whole time ** the tickets were saying delayed. 4 hours later they try to take $250 back out of my account after I had already been paid in full, mins you they probably already sold the tickets so therefore the person will receiver them in a timely manner. The his is absolutely garbage. They have the tux before the concert even started so please do explain why youre trying to keep my $250 hard earned money.- ***** C very unhappy cusumer

    Thank you for sharing your concerns. Unfortunately it seems that your tickets were delivered after the required delivery date, which resulted in ** providing you with an updated offer price based on the new delivery date. In the case of Lollapalooza, it seems ticket prices unfortunately dropped.

    Because of this, we always encourage our sellers to ship their tickets so that they arrive to us by the required delivery date agreed upon before completion of the sale.

    I reached them and they offered $ for my tix to *********************** which I clicked to accept. I completed a sales agreement, uploaded drivers license, uploaded proof of ownership...then nothing. 12 Hours later I reached them and they offered 60% less. Bad faith deal as I had removed my listing elsewhere since we had an agreement. So be careful.
