      For I have a checking account with **********************, ************* is the usual place i do business. Some time around May 2024, I noticed there was a series of charges on my checking account, I did not recognize one in *******, ******* , *******, all for $49.50. I did not recognize, I called **** to find more about it, however they could not find a name of the business, an address or telephone number. I asked how was I to call this business & ask for my money back, but Vectra bank told me to call this special phone number to Chase **** and ask for their assistance, which was impossible I found out the Chase **** did n0ot give any help locating this questionable business that had made a with drawl 3 x $49.50, so I made 3 dispiutes to the Vectra Bank. I expected to have found the culperates business name, address, phone number because ther was contracting done between ************************ Chase ****, the originating location of the culperates. However, they also did not notify me about this transaction, that it looked suspicious because there was no business name, no business address, or business phone number other than Chase ****. I waited 3 months whilst the dispute was I assumed being worked on but no notice, or info, I called Vectra, they said they could only find one dispute, so I did the dispute ffor a second time, but 4 weeks later not one word except the most recent ****** dispute had been paid back. I cannot call the business for the contracting bank just had not name, address, phone number?? whats up with that, how could a contract go through with out important information, I dont know anything about how this transaction was done, & yesterday in talking to the ****er he said accusingly it was an ACH?? but could not did not provide any kind of proof. They said it was a moturary ?? or life morgage insurance, but still not one paper trail did they provide ******* was alll by mouth. the **** now says it is past the dispute stage, & will go to the legal?? What??

      Around mid July of this year, Vectra Bank closed my accounts without cause, but failed to provide me with my bank statements.I have requested my bank statements from them many times now, and they continue to refuse to provide them.

      FINAL CORRESPONDENCE.  On Thu, Sep 5, 2024 at 9:06?AM ************************* **************************************** and he has responded on Thursday, September 5, 2024 @ 2:22 PM that they have been received. Attached is the confirmation that the statements were emailed to the client, "Banks policy is to send account documents secured email, no exceptions." ******** has completed their investigation and provided responses to the client along with the requested documents. The client, unfortunately,remains unsatisfied and continues to submit the same complaint. However, we feel we have resolved the issue and closed the complaint. No further interaction will be provided.

      Again, the bank has NOT provided me with my bank statements, despite saying they have.

      If they would simply email me the .pdf files organized by account and year, this could have been resolved a loong time ago.

      As soon as the bank provides me with the statements in .pdf format, organized by account, by year, this complaint will be resolved, and there's nothing else for me to file formal complaints about as this is the only matter in which Vectra Bank is actively breaking Federal Law.

      I don't understand what this request is.

      What I've been asking from Vectra Bank is for them to email me my bank statements, as .pdf files, broken down by account, by year (Further breakdown is fine, but I'm not asking for that in an effort to keep my request simple). 

      I don't understand why this is taking so long, or why Vectra Bank is being so difficult.

      GMail is not blocking emails the bank has sent, I've sent and received many emails back and forth with the bank.

      They simply need to email me the .pdf statements.

      Vectra called me when my payments is more than 10 days late but less than 30 days late. I have asked them to NOT CALL ME several times, yet they continue to call me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

         The letter received is a form letter, and doesn't even address the situation! It just shows what a TERRIBLE company Vectra is! They don't even read the complaint and just put the subject line in their canned response, yet take NO ACTION to resolve the situation! Plus, their letter is a LIE! They have done NOTHING to confirm they won't call me, take away late fees, or anything I have asked to show they are sorry for violating the law and continuing to call me about a past due payment that I ask them CONTINUALLY for them to NOT CALL me, yet they do each month!
         Vectra is a terrible company and their response and lack of actually doing anything (when they say they are) is testament to what a TERRIBLE COMPANY Vectra is!

      I woke up at 2 am worrying about my money in the bank. I have been with this bank for over 5 years, and I never realized how bad there were until, I opened a bank account with another bank. I have two back account with Vectra and I usually don't have any issues with over drafting, but within in a month they have changed me 200 dollars worth of over draft frees, even though I had money in my other account. They don't offer notifications on when things are negative, or offer overdraft protection without looking at you credit, and they also won't pull from your other account. I am tired of my hard earned money being taken from me. My card became locked due to fraudulent transaction and no notification or message was sent to me regarding this. I'm didn't realize how bad they were at all banking things until I opened a new account with another bank. I called customer service and they keep me in the phone for 40 min to tell me there is no services that they offer to prevent or notify you when things are not right. I have not closed out my bank accounts with them yet, but it will be done. I should never be woken up at 2am worried about my money, nor should anyone else.

      Vectra Bank Colorado, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A. Wrongfully Took Money From My Dormant Account.On May 26, 2022, I was shocked to discover that my VectraBank dormant account balance had depleted from $1022 to #***. ($755 "disappeared).Mar 6, ******************************** my Flex Checking account.Upon researching, I found out that VectraBank changed my "Flex Checking" into "Anytime Checking around Nov 14, 2018 and started deducing, from my account, a monthly $2 Paper Statement Fee and $7 Maintenance Fee (while I never got any paper bank statements mailed to me from Day 1), and additionally a monthly $15 Dormant Fee starting Sept 1, 2020. All of these deductions were done without notification and without my consent as they never sent me any postal mails nor contacted me via phone or emails. I was kept completely in the dark. I chose not to close the account because of a brutal Scam (Loss of $632,000 filed with the **** in order that the *** might investigate, and Vectra was well aware of it. I had gone to the Landmark Branch of Vectra Bank, in person, on June 8, 2022 to try to resolve the issue but after not hearing back from the Branch Manager, ******************, for a month, on July 5th, I decided to write an email to document the complaint and emailed it to ****************** and the Zions CEO, Mr. *************************** (via Zions Website). About a week later, on July 11, I got a call from the Branch Banker, **********************************, informing me that Vectra would only refund HALF of what I requested ($770/2) plus the latest,June 14, 2022, $7 Maintenance Fee. In effect, they refunded $392 on July 12, 2022.About 1.5 weeks later, on July 20, 2022, I contacted my Colorado Senator ****** via email carbon copying the same to Vectra B Manager, requesting the REFUND OF THE REMAINING half but to no avail. It is wrong/cruel of VectraBank to still pocket my money while I struggle to recover from the ***** Will email BBB with email copies/Upload PDF of details

      We sent an ACH for $112, ****** through our account at Vectra to what turned out to be a fraudulent account at **** of America. The transaction should have been flagged since the account name did not match the account number and ABA #. ********************** denies any responsibility and keeps saying that was not their issue and that **** of America should have caught it. They have done basically nothing to recover our funds other than alert **** of America.
