    Have requested several times to discontinue service and recover money paid for work not completed. The company is not responding and we’re paid $3700 to complete the work. This is an insurance claim and the products purchased by Bella Restoration didn’t meet the insurance companies recommend replacement type or value. Products ordered on two separate occasions were not the agreed upon product and on one occasion ordered without customer approval. Both products of lower value than insurance indicated for replacement and were rejected by the customer. Hired this company on April 20, 2021 and the work is still not done. Company has been sent two requests for reimbursement and to date have not received a reply. I will be working with the courts to fill a small claims court case in the very near future.

    If you are reading these reviews here on the BBB's own website about the horrible experiences these homeowners have had * and are wondering how a company Like Bella Restoration can come away with an " A + " rating having a 2 STAR rating out of a possible 5 should tell you all you need to know about how reliable the BBB actually is . I used to be a GC here and its not hard to treat people right . Never pay anyone in full upfront * if they insist * tell them you will give them a deposit THE *** the materials and Crew show up to start . But before even that * ask the sales rep * which supplier will be providing the materials * then call that supplier and ask if said company pays their bills on time * if they don't * I would start looking for one who does . Also * if you have "an estimate" for an insurance claim * just remember its only their best guess * I handled over a thousand claims * everyone of them I had to supplement or in other words prove to them their estimate is woefully short * and I would do so * by getting estimates from companies like ******** when I had issues on a claim that . I f your thinking "Oh this guys a scammer" your wrong . I always did business above board and never desired to commit insurance fraud by deceiving any insurance carrier . However * when their "estimate" was not right * I had no problem demonstrating why it was . Also * those of you who get a company recommended by your carrier * just understand they were "recommended" for a reason * they have to do the job for the amount of money your carrier says its worth * thats what makes them a "Preferred Provider." My last bit of advice is this * any insurance estimate you receive is about 2/3 of what you should actually be getting * Insurance companies are a business with shareholders they need to make happy .
