  4/12/2024 (APRIL!! )7 MONTHS My mother has been dealing with this company, and it shouldn't have been this hard of a job. Replace whole house siding, trim/ fascia, and garage door were all that was needed. Recommend by insurance too! Per the insurance scope/ contract, they committed to replacing all the siding, replacing the fascia, rehanging my gutters, replace the garage, lights, and screens. Working with them has been a disaster, with a lack of communication to orders being wrong and not even ordered, just straight lies to string her along.The first guy had a heart attack, so he left; the next guy didn't know what he was doing and wouldn't even get back to her, so he was fired; office people push your call to whoever. No structure in this business. Just horrible communication.The siding was replaced, and the garage was replaced, but the fascia was the wrong color!so now she has no gutters and the wrong fascia. She told the workers to stop and called the manager at the time and was told this would be ********* do you mix green and tan? She supplied them with a sample of what she wanted and again told her 2 weeks it would be in. It was not. The new guy 3rd, mind you, *****, has been somewhat helpful but still not as involved as you would want someone to be after 6 months into this c*** Its fascia! that's it that's needed. I called the supposed supplier for the fascia and was told the color needed to be ordered, but it wouldn't come in till the end of November; I asked if this company had an order in like they claimed and was told ***** a month later of back a forth, she has asked for a purchase receipt for the trim coil per her insurance agent and has yet to receive it.Again, they deliver the green, like who oversees this?? they did go back the same day and returned with the right color finally, but now who knows when the work will start.Beware of who you start a business with and to this business honesty and communication go a long way.

  We have been communicating with the homeowner throughout the project.  Unfortunately, we did have an employee that had major medical issues which delayed the project.   We kept the homeowner updated with the supplier delays.  She was frustrated with this, as were we, but they were the only supplier that had the product that was needed.  When the supplier gave us the wrong order on Friday, we returned it immediately and delivered the correct order.  We let the homeowner know that we would be out on Monday, November 25th for the install.  Our project manager was onsite today when the installer was there and spoke with the homeowner.  There is still coil, 2 to 3 days, to be installed and painting of the garage door.  With the holiday this week, we let the homeowner know that we will be finished next week.  Since this is exterior work, completion can be delayed if bad weather moves in.

  NuBilt Restoration and Construction was awesome to deal/work with. It started with my 1st visit with ***** *******. His visit was due to a busted water pipe that was sealed off/mitigated. He was very thorough and informative. The work, redoing downstairs bathroom *********************** bookshelf carpentry, and the basement floor. I next worked with ********, my Project Manager. ******** did a wonderful job staying in contact, providing meaningful updates and ensuring the work was being completed. I want to thank his team of professionals, ******, **************** and ****. I especially want to thank *****, for the of care, cleaning she did! Really, I can't say enough of how wonderful my customer experience was working with **********************. They did a wonderful job putting my bathroom and basement floor back together.   Very disappointed. Horrible communication. Poor craftsmanship. Terrible quality. did not do work as agreed in contract. Still having issues with no response. Took over 1.5 tears to finish. Beware !

  The homeowner had a large fire that damaged the entire interior of their home.  Work was completed in February and the homeowner signed off on the work we completed.  The ************** completed all inspections and everything passed.  The project manager has responded to all communications from the homeowner on a timely basis.  We spoke with the homeowner today and she said that everything was good and she appreciated the communication and follow up.

  Due to a leak in my dishwasher I needed to replace all the tile in my kitchen, hallway and laundry room as well as have carpet cleaned and some drywall replaced in a basement room. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism of every single worker who was in my home. Not only did they do a beautiful job of making the necessary repairs, they went above and beyond what was expected and they were extremely kind, respectful. prompt and knowledgeable at all times. I would especially like to thank ***** for calmly explaining the process to me, ******** for faithfully calling or texting me every day to explain that day's schedule and dropping in to check on things, to **** who beautifully completed the carpentry work as well as so many other things such as reconnecting my appliances and so many other odds and ends, to all the other workers such as *******, ****************, Manual and ***** and others. You all made a stressful situation so much easier and I would highly recommend you and Nubilt to anyone needing this kind of service.Thank you! Iris P

  We suffered a total basement flooding disaster in the spring due to a broken hot water heater. After a messy start hiring 2 different companies that failed to deliver what we needed, our insurance company directed us to NuBilt. This was the best thing that could have happened. They were responsive, courteous, so competent at everything they did. Do to the age of our home, asbestos was found and dealt with properly. The total rebuild looks awesome, too! We couldn't be more pleased after working with ****, *******, and this company.

  NuBilt has gone above and beyond on this home water repair/remodel project from start to finish. *****, ****, and all of the service providers have been prompt, reliable, kind, respectful, and consistent throughout the process. When the water damage in my home occurred, I felt very stressed and concerned. However, after working with NuBilt, I am relieved and reassured about the state of my home. I am thrilled and beyond satisfied with the outcome of the work these providers are doing in my home and their communication has been friendly, clear, and productive. In a field where it is difficult to find excellence in repair/restoration work, NuBilt is the way to go.
