    I paid for a founder members deal with the **********, ******** location. Long story short, it was not explained to me that I would be charged on a monthly basis for $250 for a membership package that I never signed up for (not even when I came in to the gym to discuss this charge). I was charged $250 before my children had ever stepped foot in the gym. I attempted to contact the gym several times through the app to no avail, so I went to the gym and spoke with the front desk worker who assured me that it was a mistake and that I would be refunded. My children attended 2-3 times before I was charged yet another fee and was still not refunded the first fee. All together, I was charged for 3 months and no one ever refunded me. I was told that my children could still attend due to the inconvenience and that they would get the problem resolved. My children only attended a total of 7 times over the 3 month period. I had to end up disputing it with my credit card company. Upon receiving the dispute, the owner, **** wrote me a nasty text saying that I was lying and trying to take advantage of the gym. He also refused to talk to me in person to discuss this. Very unprofessional. I'm going to write a negative review every chance I get. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I'm sorry that you had such a negative experience and can understand how it may be a poor reflection on the brand as a whole, but I hope you realize that this BBB site is for the ***********, ******** location only.
