Purchased two used machines from these guys. One did not work and the other had thousands of hours higher on the odometer than what they claimed. Was told to have a local mechanic fix the problems and they would take care of it. But could not get any help from Forklift Select on either issue. Would never use them again.

We're very sorry to hear you had any sort of issues regarding either of your lifts ******************. After further review, I see the last correspondence you had with your rep was on 5/15/23 where he asked you to send a repair estimate to our warranty department. We have zero record of ever receiving that email with the repair estimate or any response after the last message was sent from ***. In fact, we have texted you 5 times since then and not once have you responded. We're happy to help but zero assistance from you makes that nearly impossible. It has been a pleasure dealing with ******, obviously very well supported by a company with excellent products, he is an excellent salesman, his attitude is to help solve our needs despite changes in opinion, budget and requirements.
