They removed my review of a doctor *** I had a terrible experience with. I tried to contact their support and found out that my email address had been blocked completely. This website is fraudulent and censors honest reviews that are not positive. I cannot believe that this is able to happen uncheck. Completely unethical and misleading.

They refuse to publish honest reviews. Act in their own interests. Zero customer service.

I have stepped aside from clinical care and transitioned into dental consulting unless by referral only. Having said that, I rarely see patients and I know who I see, their names, conditions, and only if their teeth were destroyed by other clinicians and they do not have hope unless they need competent clinicians help for complex care. I noticed that two of the reviews came up with a name *****, and this patient is talking about me referring to my husband for care, which is clearly deceptive. I know that it is in healthgrades policy that misleading and deceptive reviews should be taken down. For your reference, I have copied and pasted your rules and regulation. Don't post misleading, deceptive or fraudulent content. As I have been recognized as an impactful provider, I am working with industry leaders to bring more compassionate care for patients and for private practitioners to be able to do so. I take my reputation seriously, as I have worked very hard to do so over past 15 years. I never had a patient named *****, as I only saw a handful since 2020, and only by referral from a patient of mine, they can establish care with me. I decline other routine patients. As I select my own patients, I know that this review is not true. Also, the content of the review is too deceptive, and I am asking you to stand by and take action according to your own rules and standards for posting of reviews. Attached is the photos of the same reviews that were somehow posted twice, and that itself is very concerning. I expect that you take care of this problem as soon as possible, as I believe that if you do not take action, I will be assuming that you are in violation of your own rules and regulation and that Healthgrades is endorsing and in active participation of libelous, defamatory actions against my hard built reputation. Thank you.

As a professional provider, patient's are allowed to slander provider's names when they become upset about paying their bills and we are left with no other choice than to send them to collections. These ratings and reviews has caused financial interruptions with our business and we are seriously contemplating legal action against this company. When a provider responds to the review, we are not given the same amount of characters that the reviewer is given, and we are not allowed the same character access (example: $) as the reviewer, purposely giving us a handicap against our defense. They also do not make our responses easily viewed on the "reviews" home page.. This is a marketplace designed to "bash" providers and cause them emotional and financial difficulties.

Healthgrades allowed a patient who I have never seen leave a false review about me. I contacted Healthgrades and they did not help me. Terrible and dishonest company.

Healthgrades refuses to publish critical reviews on therapists. I attempted to publish, on multiple occasions, a review about my experience with a dangerously incompetent therapist. Even a review that simply stated "I would not recommend this professional" and nothing else was rejected for "not meeting guidelines". Healthgrades also refused to explain how my reviews violated their guidelines when asked.

This company publishes private data about doctors, and then refuses to take it down. My private cell phone has been off the hook because they illegally obtain data that they purport is public (how do they get a date of birth or cell phone number from the private locked section of the *** database?) from large databases, refuse to say where they got it from, and say the only way it can be removed is if you provide MORE data to them by signing up for an account to "claim your profile." I have gotten attorneys involved at this point because I can't even do my job of practicing medicine, since my phone is going off every few minutes. They contend the cell phone number belongs to a hospital in another state, because they're just that lazy and stupid. As somone said below, Healthgrades poses as a doctor's referral site but they actually collect people's confidential information for marketing purposes. So it is a scam. Also, how are you a "doctor referral site" when no doctor gave consent to be listed on your site, and no doctor approved the information on your site? They say I went to a medical school that doesn't even exist, which proves how inaccurate the site is. They said they're allowed to publish our ages (how would you like it if everyone got to see your age before deciding to be your client?) They also publish private addresses and phone numbers, and say that they're allowed to because it's "public info." Hilariously, their lawyers don't understand the law. Just because something is in the public domain (i.e. a lawsuit, court case, etc.), doesn't mean you're allowed to go put it on a public website for the world to see. There's a reason court transcripts have contact info / addresses / date of birth / etc. blacked out - there's a difference between something actually being accessible publicly if you go to the court to get it, vs. publishing it online publicly for everyone to see. Healthgrades either has no in house counsel, or they have losers who failed the bar.

Censorship. I posted my honest experience with my doctor and they responded saying my review "did not meet their guidelines." They provided no explanation and a dead link when I attempted to edit my review to meet their "standards."
