    This is the 3rd time I have left work early in order to get to the store during the posted business hours,posted on the door as well as there web site,only to find it closed Agian.There were 4 other people as well as myself trying to shop here.Never ever agian will they receive a dime from me

    Ordered a $350 gallon of Rapistart Nutrients. ***** driver ran away with my package. I contacted the company 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered, they ghosted me. I asked them to cancel the order and refund, they ghosted me until the package was delivered 7 days late, and it was hidden with another order and the delivery driver made me assume iwa s signing for one package and then swapped it with the package i told them id be refusing. i was refusing delivery because it was 7 days late and my $5000 crop was already ruined.. it was the worst experience ive ever had. they basically told me i was ***. They charge a 50% restocking fee. its malicious business practices all over. they have changed their company name and address multiple times presumably from defrauding customers. it took a while to find this business but i have video evidence of it all and their ratingon amazon is 68% good 26% bad and the rest neutral.

    I ordered a centurion machine trimmer for almost $4k.I received it two weeks later than promised. I opened it the day of receiving it to inspect it. The item was cracked in one area, and the blades were chipped and scratched up. Almost like it was used before being sent to me. I inspected the unit by using a piece of paper (what the manufacturer recommends with their setup videos online), it wont even cut paper. I tried to file an RMA with grow generation the same day that I received it in the mail and they flat out refused. They didnt ask me if the unit was used, just assumed and pronounced that they would not take back a used item. When I responded with pictures of the damage and assured them that the item was only inspected and powered on to ensure its functionality, they stopped responding to me. I am not able to take the item back to a store location, nor was I provided an RMA or any means of shipping this back. Their website states that defective and damaged items can be exchanged or refunded. I now have to file a credit card dispute over the whole thing. Another seperate incident a year ago where I bought a bottle of silica at a physical store location, and the second I walked out of the door I realized I grabbed the wrong bottle. I immediately walked right back in and they refused to provide me a refund. I managed to convince them to give me a store credit in this scenario. After both of these situations I REFUSE to spend another dime with them. I wish I wouldve read these BBB reviews sooner.

    I guess in their ************ ******** location and was short changed $20 by the cashier it my fault cause I was distracted and didn't count my change until I left my mistake but a mistake by the cashier maybe maybe not but I don't believe it was a mistake and If I were you I make sure I count my change as for me I won't EVER step foot in that store again ??*** from ************ ********
