DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a living room design package earlier this spring (took a few months for the project to actually start), but it was a great experience. My designer was prompt and listened to all of my feedback. She finished the design on time and to my satisfaction. However, things went down hill when I ordered over $1,000 worth of products from the company. As a third party, Havenly acts as the "customer" and purchases the items on your behalf - which means THEY have to be the ones to initiate returns with the vendors and you have no agency. Three of the items I ordered were the wrong color and did not meet my expectations - including a 7x10 rug. I submitted a request to return these items within 24 hours of receiving them. Havenly **************** is just about non-existent and took between 48 - 72 hours to reply to my emails - there is no way to contact them via phone. When I finally received an email reply, the rep said that the rug and lamp vendor doesn't offer return shipping labels (fine) and that I needed to cover the shipping cost (also fine but that cost me an additional $100) but also that I needed to attach a specific return authorization QR code to my packages (again, fine). However, THEY DID NOT SEND ME THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION QR codes - I had to wait another three days for their response (which cut into the 20-day return window that the vendor gave me to return the items). Thankfully, I stayed on top of this return and everything was sorted, though I did have to follow up with Havenly once I confirmed my items were received by the warehouse for them to issue my refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating process, waiting 2-3 days for an email response - and there is no way to contact someone over the phone. I wasted so much time, energy, money and the entire month of July dealing with this company. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Buy any recommended products directly from the vendor/company yourself.
