    ***** is extremely unprofessional and impossible to work with.She picks options that are nice, but are too large for the space you have available. We asked for help with cabinets and appliances, no furniture. Yet, she still picked some pieces out and charged us for her time. We were hesitant about how many lights she made us choose, but she insisted we purchase all of them. Come to find out, there isnt space for all of the things she picked out. When we tried to return them, she declined because it was part of our contract. The contract piece is fine, but she shouldve never suggested all of those items. Just a waste of time and money. We had to fire her from our project and worked with manufacturers directly that did all the work she did in about 30 minutes and was well under half the price.When you pay for a professional to do the work, you would expect them to do a great job. However, we are now stuck with sunk costs and a shabby looking bathroom.Not only was she terrible at her job, she is like working with a child. Her emails are condescending and ends every sentence with She doesnt respond in a timely manner to questions and rushes you into making decisions when the questions are coming from her. At the end of the day, we trusted this person with her expert opinion. In reality, she is the furthest thing from it. I dont recommend investing in her design skills as it will leave you with a headache instead of relief.The only good thing I will say is that her assistant is lovely, but I feel bad she has to work for such a terrible mentor.
