      I have been trying to close my account with them for months. I received an email after months of going back and forth- that my account was closed and I shouldn't receive any more invoices. I received another invoice for almost $12,000! I call there company and am told I cannot speak to anyone in billing and have to email them. They never respond to the emails that get sent.

      I wish to cancel ****************** Services for My Business.....They have made it Extremely difficult if not Impossible to end services. There is No Contract.....Google Reviews show that this is an ongoing and common practice for Talent Reef/Mitratech.

      On 11/16 Talent Reef suspended all 3 of my accounts due to late payments. Those accounts are:1. Six Corners Ventures LLC. 2. Six Corners Ventures ***** LLC and 3. Six Corners Ventures JP LLC. I was set up on autopay so it should not have been an issue. On 11/19 they emailed me that it was an error on their end and they would run the card on file. My account was not activated until 11/21. I lost 5 days of access during a very time of year. I asked them to please credit my account for those days on each account since they erroneously took away access while still charging me the full amount for the time I was suspended due to their error. I emailed multiple times asking for a credit (albeit a small credit for all 3 accounts) but since the mistake was admittedly on their end, I thought it would be fair that I would not have to pay for their mistake of suspending my account due to an issue with their own internal system. They have completely ignored each request and instead have emailed me back that my account is no longer suspended but offer no credit for the lost time that my account was suspended. This should have been very easy to resolve but their refusal to acknowledge that I was forced to pay for a service that they knowingly and admittedly shut off my access to is unacceptable.

      I reached out to this business for recruiting reason, The people work in this company they all lie to make you sign their contract. They tell you, you can get so many resumes and they ask you to sign one year contract . for past almost 1 month I did not get more than 6 or 7 resumes that non of them were qualified for my positions . **************** is horrible this company is nothing other than Fraud , scam and lie . I asked the manager to call me took him 2 weeks to call me and he wants to charge me for 60 days to cancel the contract. well when the company is not deliver what they promise and do not have a good customer service I do not see any reason to pay a ***** for this so call company .I DO NOT WANT to pay for 60 days and I want the money that I pay to be back to my account .
