    Mr. *** charged me $3250 in December , 2023 for alleged legal services, of which , under the contract it was a flat fee. His services were terminated by me prior to April 26, 2024, due to his lack of adequately representing me and under the contract he owes me$2500 for services not rendered. In addition a duplicate case was filed , which was dismissed by the court and he charged me $5500, for which he did no work. he told me he would give me a full refund on both cases, but refuses to this date. He has only refunded $2900 of the $8750 I have paid him. His refusal is not only unethical , but fraudulent.

    This individual is making inaccurate claims about our contract and adherence to such. And seems to be making slanderous and liable claims about our ethical behavior.

    My team and I have followed the contours of the contract that we agree to with every client.

    Our contract delineates each step that shall be taken in a clients case and what monetary value each step has associated to it. A person who is either terminated as a client of ours or terminates us as their lawyers gets a detailed list of all things that we did on the case . The contract explains the money that is earned in every case at each step. If a separation happens, we return any unearned money as quickly as possible.

    There are steps in our contract that allows people to challenge that through mediation or arbitration.

    Ethically, I am not allowed to publicly speak about past or current clients so the generalities in this response should make it clear that we followed all of the contract requirements as well as the ethical standards.

    I am not happy with. Mr **** response. He has committed fraudulent charges and I had to terminate his service. My new attorney can validate he did not provide service that I paid for and he needs to be accountable and provide me a refund 

     

    Mr.  *** needs to provide proof for his $2500 charges on the first contract that he did not provide services and needs to refund me as well as proof of services he charged me on the 2nd contract that he didnt provide services of the amount of $5500   That is billing fraud 

     

    Mr.  *** has depleted my savings on fraudulent billing. I am a retired senior citizen
