    We used this company for over 8 years with no complaints, but recently our old branch merged with this one and we've had major problems with billing, deliveries and customer service and have been unable to get a resolution or response from the company. They have been billing us for deliveries we have never recieved and that were not on our agreed upon delivery day. The invoices sat the deliveries were made at times that our business is not open, so there is no way they could have been delivered. When I called them about this issue, they kept saying the service manager would call to resolve the issue. He called several weeks later and said we would get a refund and towel delivery. This never happened. I called again, no response. We've been dealing with this for 3 months. I would avoid this company at all costs. They also won't allow us to cancel the account.

    We were not aware of the issues this customer was having since it's just a once-a-month service. We have made contact with ****** and resolved all of her concerns. Clean towels have been delivered, dirty towels were picked up and we have resumed the monthly service schedule as it was before. ****** has said she's happy and actually plans to sign a new service agreement to continue with Alsco. Thanks for making us aware of the issues with this customer.
