disgusting customer service 0 stars if possible. i was yelled and cussed at because i bought a broken vape. when i asked for either a refund or a new one she flew off her lid and started yelling at me accusing me of not liking the flavor. (which is incorrect i literally showed her i had the exact same flavor in my pocket just burnt and empty) i just wanted either a new one or a refund since there was no smoke coming out but the animations were working.she tried asking a stranger to hit the vape BECAUSE SHE DID NOT BELIEVE ME, once i stated i was uncomfortable with that(i am autoimmune i could get extremely sick) she started mentioning calling the police. then her and another employee CARRYING A METAL STICK starting ignoring me and helping other customers and were talking down to me as if i'm a young child who doesn't know anything THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS IN THERE. she said since i paid with card i could not get a refund. once i FINALLY was able to get a new vape after they ignored me and served 10 other people who got there after i did and heard everything going on. she then after i got my replacement (after 30 mins of me being inside the store being yelled at) she DEMANDED i apologize for treating her that way. if anything i deserve an apology. i was nice until she starting accusing me of lying, then i started to get upset and angry.
