    Horribly rude and unprofessional ********************* doesnt reply to emails and also gives false information. Then instead of answering questions to clear things up like a business should he or she deactivates all my accounts AskMom, Business Decision Makers, ProductReportCard and Clearvoice Surveys when I did nothing wrong. This is unacceptable and not how a business should run.

    Clear voice surveys has been found to.I have used my information or got my information on to the black market. The identity theft protection service listed them.

    I received an email to do a survey from ******************* and would be compensated an Amazon gift card. I did the survey. It took some time. Then I was notified that I could redeem it right away with an ask mom account. I fill out the join now part of the website to access the reward. Couldnt get access and I just signed up. I even changed the password. Still couldnt get access. Each time I login it takes me right back to the login screen. I reached out to support TWICE. Also, checked my junk mail. Not a word back from these people. I have my ticket numbers. I most likely wont ever do a survey again for these people. I took time out of my day to do a survey. I should be rewarded thats all.

    Still never gained access to the account. I sent my verification in that was asked for and Nothing again. They keep saying they send emails never received anything and I check my junk folder. Im not sure where they are sending these emails to or what but I never received anything.

    Good Day,

    I am trying to reopen my BBB case. I submitted a complaint and I didnt get to respond to the terms. I was going to accept the terms of the complaint but it was too late. I then proceeded to send the information that was requested from me to gain access to my account so I can receive the original compensation. I even emailed the person that responded to the complaint on BBB. I never received anything still after I sent the information that was I was asked for. I still dont have access to the account & no one has emailed me back.

    This was my first time redeeming my survey rewards for an Amazon rewards code and I never received a code. I contacted the company and have heard nothing back. Finally after looking at the other complaints against your business, I realize that the issues I have been having with your company are common. I have completed many surveys that didnt pay out upon completion. However, now that I have attempted to redeem rewards that your website claimed I did earn and the link never arrived to my email and no one with your company has responded to me to correct this, I have decided to delete my account. I do however require that I at least be compensated the link code your broken website told me that I did manage to earn.

    Seems like a lot of your negative feedback online has been attributed to people filling out surveys and then not "qualifying" after spending time participating in the survey.The questions I answered were not qualification questions and we're directed toward a specific product or service which I believe you're using the responses. I'm sure others, maybe thousands of other people have had the same experience and you're cheating people out of money for your own benefit.

    I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble qualifying for surveys. You are correct that many of our surveys are about a specific product or service. Sometimes the qualification is having used or heard of the product or service, and sometimes we're looking for people who haven't used it or used to use it but don't any longer. We try very hard to send surveys that will be relevant to each panelist, but we typically have only demographic information (age, gender, state/region, etc.) to use for targeting purposes, so we don't know ahead of time your use or familiarity of various products and services.



    We do encourage clients to write surveys that have qualifying questions at the beginning of the survey, so if you don't qualify, you don't spend a lot of time answering additional questions.



    We appreciate your membership with our panel and hope that you will continue, but if you'd like to close your account, we can assist with that.     This website engages in fraudulent buisness practices with regard to compensation for completeing surveys.More than once I have completed surveys only to be told the survey was full,or I didnt qualify for the survey,whcih is nonsense,since I have filled out a very thorough profile on the website which is supposed to screen the surveys I recieve.

    Each survey has different qualifications. The profiles completed help us to match members to surveys for which they might be qualified, but it is not a guarantee of qualification for all surveys. 

    For example, we would not send a survey for a feminine hygiene product trial to this member, as he has indicated that he is male and therefore unlikely to use these products. We also would not send him a survey for parents, as he has indicated that he does not have any children.

    Almost all surveys use questions to screen for additional qualifications beyond demographics. In reviewing a few of the surveys for which this member did not qualify, the requirements were familiarity with a specific brand, use of a specific product, or intent to do a specific activity.

    We are unable to give full compensation for unqualified responses or incomplete surveys. In the event that this member did not qualify for a survey, he received $0.10 where eligible.

    I am rejecting this response because:This website is fraudulent.It promises certain rewards for completeting so called "surveys",but actually pays the rewards very rarely.The surveys may be legitamate ,or may simply be ploys to obtain very personal information very cheaply,or for no compensation at all.I have 5 "surveys" on my Clear Voice webpage now that pay nothing at all fpor completeing them.How does that benefit me or anyone else?It is one thing to not qualify for a survey BEFORE you actually take it,it is another thing entirely to complete the whole survey revealing personal information,and wasting 15 minutes only to be told you didnt qualify and given a measly .10.This website is a fraud and a waste of time.
