Hello,I participated in a live chat survey on February 5th, 2025 that was conducted by Precision Sample/ Opinion Bar (P111659_UAE) of 60 minutes where I was offered an Amazon gift card worth $35 within 4-6 weeks. I duly participated in it and followed all the instructions by giving honest, thoughtful responses/feedback during the 60 minutes long survey. It has now been 6 weeks already and I have neither received the reward nor heard back from the company despite my attempts in contacting them via email. It gave me no choice but to issue a complaint here and all I want is to receive my rightful reward and be compensated with what I was promised. Please help me out and solve this issue for me. ************** has cheated **** participated in study P109843 where I was offered to received an Amazon $35 gift card within 2 weeks of the study finishing. I completed a live chat survey on April 9th 2024 that was conducted by Precision Sample / Opinion Bar. The survey promised that I would be compensation with a $35 Amazon Voucher within 4-6 weeks, I provided thoughful high quality responses during the 45-minute live chat survey, and never received payment. I contacted Precision Sample / Opinion Bar to get the status of the late/missing payment and received no response. I thought they were a reputable company but after seeing so many other complaints on the BBB website I'm beginning to think I was scammed. I just want the compensation that I earned and rightfully deserve. Thank you!Business Response

I completed a live survey over 8 weeks ago (Friday March 1st) that was conducted by ****************************** Bar. The survey promised a compensation of a $35 Amazon Voucher. I completed teh study and 8 weeks later I still don't have my compensation. The compensation was promised in 4-6 weeks. I want to know what is going on and when should I expect my voucher. I didn't spend an hour on a live survey for nothing. I need to be fairly compensated for my time. I contacted their helpdesk multiple times and I have yet to recieve a proper response.Business Response

These people are scammers they reverse my study for no reason and ban me when they take my information I want to know what reason is given for rejecting the completed study ******Business Response

Apologies for the delay in our response, this one took a bit to figure out and our client was not very helpful. What happened is that our client reported your responses to this survey as low quality. Upon further examination, we found that they were ****** aggressive in removing completes and had unrealistic expectations for the responses they would receive from participants. We have raised this concern with them and will make sure it does not happen again.
I have reactivated your account through our partner Superpay.me and you should see our surveys there now. I want to pay you for this survey ($3.80) but as Superpay.me handles rewards its complicated to get it added to your account there. If you have a paypal or Zelle account, we are happy to send it to you directly. Just need the email address associated with your account.

I was invited through another survey site to participate in a 60 min. live ad discussion (project P1030923) on 6/2/23 by opinionbar.com (owned by *********************************** with a $35 Amazon gift card to be sent 4-6 weeks after completion. I received 2 emails from ****** at opinionbar leading up to it w/instructions. On 6/2/23 I fully participated and screenshot the last text bubble confirming my participation and it said we'd be paid w/in 4-5 weeks. We are now past 6 weeks and no reward has been sent, and over the last two weeks 3 emails I sent to ********** have gone unanswered, and the message I sent directly on opinion.bar com was not replied to either. I know I am not alone in this as I have seen multiple complaints about this same 60 min live discussion when I searched for complaints about the *** as well as one exact complaint here on the BBB. I want them to stop ignoring my emails/messages and pay my $35 virtual Amazon gift card stipend as promised. I fulfilled my part and they need fulfill theirs. The fact no-one replies back to you is both unprofessional and infuriating. I have also reported them to 2 govt. agencies and my State's AG as well. I want them to pay me for my time and effort as promised for my full 60 min participation in the live discussion. I have both emails from ******, my 3 emails I sent to her as well as a screen shot of the message I sent directly at opinionbar.com and the screenshot of the text bubble from the live discussion I participated in and completed as receipts and I will happily provide them if asked.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I did receive the stipend today followed by an email from someone, but they did not sign the email so I don't know who it was. I appreciate the responses here and the direct email I received. I like participating in opnionbar surveys and discussions but I don't understand why no-one made any effort to reply to the three emails I sent or the one message I sent directly at the opinionbar website over a 2-3 week period. I allowed more than an ample amount of time for anyone to reply to my queries, and the only reason I filed the complaint is because of being ignored. I would have preferred not to file a complaint. All anyone had to do was reply back to me to inform me of any delay, etc. and I would have patiently waited. I feel it shouldn't have taken me to file this to get anyone to communicate with me, but I do appreciate that someone finally did.
