I purchased a mattress from Denver Mattress that was in their clearance section and the sales associate told me that it had been returned because it was "too soft" for the original buyers. I was looking for a softer mattress so I bought it. Within a day of getting it home, huge lumps appeared on the top layer of the mattress so it was clearly defective and that's why the original owners had returned it. I went to the store to get a refund and they refused to give me a refund saying they would only apply the purchase to a different mattress. They LIED to me and then would not make it right. I'm very frustrated that I was then forced to buy another mattress there I didn't want to buy.Business response

We have reached out to the customer but we have not yet been able to reach them. A refund for the return of the product is an option that we will be offering once we reach them. We have no problem giving a refund. Thank you.
