    My son has been trying to resolve the issue with his scooter and cannot get live support. The scooter has been replaced once and became defective again! They want to charge us shipping each way. The scooter is defective. We want our money back

    Thank you for sharing your concerns, and rest assured we want to make sure your sons scooter is functioning as it should. We did replace your son's original scooter at no charge, and we appreciate your patience throughout this process.


    We have a dedicated phone number for support, and our team has had numerous discussions with your son regarding the issues he's experiencing. During these conversations, we explained that many of the problems could be quickly resolved at home. However, he has indicated that he is not willing to attempt those repairs.
    Given the expensive nature of shipping this particular scooter, we want to find a resolution that works for all parties. Our team has also offered to schedule a video call to walk through the repairs, which could help avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

    As for the shipping fees, since he falls outside of the warranty period that covers those expenses, he would be responsible for the costs if the scooter needs to be sent back for repairs.
    We truly want to help you find a solution. Please let us know if youd like to take advantage of the video call or if you have any further questions.

    Well. We totally disagree. I tried the number listed here and its not in service. Second. Why should the customer make repairs on the scooter he had for only one week? Also, the shipping should be covered by you because your back and forth in this issue makes it outside your so called return policy. This is the second scooter. So once again, you have my number. Call me and we can resolve this problem. To me its an easy fix. Ship the scooter back free of charg repair it then shop it back. He has an extended warranty.

    Claimed their scooter went 51 mph at THEIR test only to have them top out at 42 mph on gps, then there was the delay on both shipments, I cancelled my order and its been a nightmare every since! I overnighted the accessories back, they kept the parts and the money, their excuse was my foul language and threats of exposing their business practices thru reviews. The new RX 7 is already in another delay as they repair the stems, so all the people who put up their deposits are screwed. They preach customer service but their reviews claim completely opposite. Im out almost 400 dollars and got nothing for it, save your money go elsewhere.

    Our team would like to re-iterate that you have never received the product, and have since been unable to test it to justify your claim that it does not reach advertised speeds. This claim is baseless, and is part of the continued smear campaign you are running against our brand. Our team had made numerous attempts to keep you satisfied including modifying your order, and accommodating your cancellation requests however, despite our best efforts, you have been repeatedly unhappy. 

    After repeated disrespectful remarks towards our staff, as well as multiple threats, our team was unable to communicate with you further on this matter, as your order had already been refunded. Due to the multiple chargebacks that you opened across your orders with us, there may be some confusion on your refund amount, which is at this time out of our control. We would recommend you continue to communicate with your bank, to better understand what has been refunded.  

    To address the shipping delays you have detailed, we would like to remind you that we value quality control, and do our best to make sure that every scooter we send out is up to our standards, therefore, there can be unexpected delays in production, as well as unexpected shipping delays beyond our control. We do our best to effectively communicate this with our customers in the event an order may be delayed, and provide accommodations when possible. We would also like to stress that the RX7 stem has NEVER been an issue, as the scooter has not even completed production. In an effort to make the scooter even better, our team opted to use higher quality materials to support this stem, as we want this scooter to be top of the line in every way. 

    We sincerely hope that we can all move forward from this matter.

    Worst customer service and faulty products. Whoever is reading this, I urge that you DO NOT give this business even a ***** of your money.******* arrived with rust on certain parts. They just told me to clean it off myself.A few months in, the rear wheel became faulty. I had to pay shipping for a replacement part. The replacement part is again malfunctioning, and they're claiming that they only replace the same part ONCE. They will replace your faulty part with another faulty part, and then deny warranty.Front wheel started having the same problem as the rear wheel, and now they won't even send a replacement until I send back the faulty front wheel. Which means that I will not be able to use the scooter for at least 2 weeks.Upon searching online, I am not the only person with similar issues. I should've known better not to purchase from a company that rebrands generic Chinese scooters and sells at a premium. I thought customer service would be good since they're located in the US, but turns out they're just thieves.

The rust you noticed upon receiving your scooter is typically surface-level rust, which can occur due to exposure to moist air during transit, especially for products shipped by boat. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please rest assured that we would have been more than happy to ship a replacement for any hardware that arrived rusted.     Worst customer service ever. I purchased rs5 an steering dampner no hole in frame to mount . When I called to ask about a ticket I submitted. They said they don't talk to anyone in person when I ask to speak to the owner. Or someone in charge they refused when I ask to have them call me back. They said the owner doesn't talk to anybody. But they had no problem talking to me when they took my money. You wanted to charge a hundred dollars for a piece of cardboard a hundred dollars to ship me the cardboard.lol Here's my fix myself l o l buyer beware

    ticket very shortly. It looks like we gave you a call back within the hour to resolve your issue, but you were unsatisfied with the options we were able to provide, and hung up on our team. We are still happy to pay for the shipping of your scooter, as well as offer a return on the damper. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of your box, as we do advise all customers to keep their box.     These ******* gave me a defective scooter, hex screws and suspension plates coming off, when i called them they were very rude and wouldn't answer my questions, and in the email they pretty much told me to f*** myself and spend money on repairs, money hungry a** mfs. I have 1 month left before my warranty expires and they havent helped me out once. All repairs have been done by me. And These arent due to an accident. Dont buy anything from them, especially the D4.

    This is the second time Ive left a bad review for roadrunner scooter. The first one was taken down because I thought the issues were resolved and things were going to get better, but was wrong.First issue: I was going to buy a new scooter but was offered one off the floor for a small discounted price. I was also told the company warranty lasts 6 months before I have to extend it. I waited about 6 months to extend my warranty only to be told the company warranty lasted only 90 days due to it being refurbished, so I missed my window to extend it. I contacted support to tell them my situation only to receive an email with the definition of what refurbished means.Second issue: In less than 300 miles of use, my key lock/voltage meter and my suspension went out.Third issue: I was grateful that a team member responded to my negative review and worked a deal on providing me with the extended warranty I wanted to purchase. In which case, I deleted the review. Shortly after, my battery voltage was declining faster than usual and wasnt able to go 13 miles on a trip with a full charge (up to 40 mile range advertised). This is with just over 300 miles on my scooter where I practiced proper charging and kept the scooter indoors. I took it in and was told it was my battery and that I need to file a claim with the 3rd party warranty(extend). I tried but the information that roadrunner gave the warranty company was completely wrong, so I had to work with representatives on both sides to get it fixed. My scooter is currently in the shop and Extend delivered the new battery to my address while I was out of town with no heads up on tracking. Its been rained on and not sure if its a good idea to put in my scooter. Ive had all these problems with such little miles. ***** thought I could spend close to $2000 for a product that doesnt work. Do lemon laws apply to scooters?

    Me and my wife bought two d4+3 a little over a year ago, Both scooters were rode only together, stored together, charged together and have 103 miles on them and one of them has a bad battery,BMS is shot long story short one year warranty just passed!!! They said I would have to pay shipping to and from 50 to look at it labor parts to fix it IF fixable, or I pay $690 for new battery but they will give me 25 percent off, obviously the battery is defective!!! Ive done my research and there are many stories about the cheap generic expensive batteries that nanrobot uses! Do your research before you buy from roadrunner or nanrobot!!! Get the extended warranty!!!! I just bought and blade GT with extended warranty and there customer service is awesome!!! Buyer beware!!!!??

    Hi ****, Unfortunately, the scooter you purchased came with a 6 month warranty, which expired a few months ago. We always give customers the option to extend their warranty up to 3 years before the expiration of their manufacturer's warranty to avoid these situations. It looks like this option was not taken advantage of and we attempted to offer you the best options available as a result.
