  Wish I could do 0 stars. ******* is a liar and a scam artist to his core. Avoid like the plague. Run as far away as you can. Worst move of my life. Labor was great. Busted their a** Protected everything nicely. Id rather hire the two brothers and tell the rest to kick rocks. From the broker that did a horrible estimate to ******* who Im pretty sure works with the broker to scam people I had the worst experience. Charged me double. The whole discount I got from the broker was literally added right back into the price and they even labeled it discount. Bunch of idiots. But I guess that makes me the bigger idiot for not seeing their game before signing something. Make sure to sign option 1 on the insurance and get paperwork that shows a 0 balance due before they leave with your stuff. They will be forced to give you your stuff back faster if they know they cant scam you anymore. But please just run. Never let them in your house.

  Its always interesting how certain details tend to get left out in reviews like this. While we understand youre upset about the final price, the reality is quite simple your own inventory changed dramatically. The move we were contracted for was 99 items totaling 899 cubic feet, but once our crew arrived, you decided to add just a few more things, which somehow turned into 240 items totaling ***** cubic feet. Extra items mean extra space, extra materials, and yes extra cost. Thats not a scam; thats how moving works.
  
  We also find it ironic that the same liars and scam artists you mention are the ones who carefully protected and loaded every single item you added last-minute. Our team did exactly what they were hired to do handle your belongings professionally and safely.
  
  We get that its easier to paint yourself as the victim when the actual numbers dont match what was initially quoted, but we prefer to stick to facts and documents. We have all paperwork and signed revisions to back that up.
  
  If youd still like to go over your move details or the inventory records, feel free to reach out to us. Well gladly review everything again transparency isnt something we shy away from.

  You added the discount back to the price and labeled it discount. You had stuff in the truck that took up space on the first load so it was not a truck full of my stuff. The second truck load was only half full. You kept changing the delivery time frame multiple times. Only after I signed the insurance option you claimed was against the rules and got a document showing 0 balance due did you deliver my stuff in a timely manner. You tried to force me to sign an insurance option that was absolutely horrible. $0.60 a pound?! What even is that?? Thats $30 for a *********************************************************************************************** the rule. Wouldnt put a delivery date in writing. Just asap which means nothing. Felt like my property was about to be held hostage. And yes I know I signed a terrible contract that gave you up to 30 days to hold my stuff god knows where. Shame on me. Wont make that mistake again. Will never recommend any of the three companies associated with that. Metro hop relocation, Best Moving services (which is such a scammer name. Makes it hard to ****** lol), and coast to *******************. All three of you working together to scam.

Our company operates under strict Department of Transportation regulations, and we dont take false claims lightly. The words scam and hostage make for dramatic storytelling, but they have no place in the reality of this move.
  
  The discount you mentioned was real, applied, and clearly listed on your final invoice. Nothing was added back or hidden unless transparency somehow counts as deception now. Our team also loaded your items safely and professionally, following all DOT weight and space guidelines. We never promised you an entire truck to yourself, nor does any legitimate carrier do so. You were charged only for the actual cubic feet of your belongings not imagination space.
  
  As for delivery timelines, your contract which you signed allows up to 30 business days for delivery. Despite that, your shipment arrived just 3 days after pickup, a turnaround most customers would call excellent, not hostage-level. The $0.60 per pound coverage you referenced is not a company trick; its federal law under the ******* Amendment. You were offered higher-value protection options and chose to decline them. Claiming otherwise doesnt change the paperwork you signed.
