    Ordered engine mounts from k series parts and got wrong parts and missing parts ,so my mechanic fixed my issues by getting the correct parts right away instead of waiting weeks for a return and *********** started the return process and they were giving me a hard time already so I got the return slip took pictures of part brand new and paid for the return shipping then ,then I get email saying they wont accept return because its damaged ,how I wrapped them and used the insulation during shipping and took photos they sent them back damaged ,forcefully damaged to try to void return and then I get the damaged parts back still missing the parts I have photos of before I sent and after they sent them back. And its fruad and a crime they did as a business that didnt want to return a product that was wrong and missing parts to begin with.

    It is unfortunate that this customer did not have a positive experience with our company. The product that he received fit without a problem, which is why there was installation marks on the merchandise when he returned it. We were very clear that the merchanise needed to be brand new and not installed prior to the customer returning them. The product was returned to a third-party warehouse who had no contact with the customer or knowledge of the situation. They have no reason or motivation to do anything other than look at the product and return it if it is not in brand new condition. The customer received the product back in the same condition that he sent it to us and his claims otherwise are false. It was missing hardware and that was sent to the customer by the manufacturer and there is no additional resolution that we can offer this customer.

    This company committed a crime and vandalism of product .i paid for a product and got the wrong part and also missing parts. I returned it paying for the return fee and damaged product and sent it back to void warranty .this company should be closed down for this act of crime they refuse to replace or except return of new product and like I mentioned they damaged products upon receiving the return to void warranty .

    I bought a carbon fiber hood off the website and the fitment section said it fit my car. After reciving the hood over a month later, beyond the original expected delivery date. I put the hood on my car and realized the hood doesn't fit my car. I contacted ************************** to try to get it exchanged or refunded, but they seem reluctant to want to work with me to resolve this issue.

    These situations are never easy, and it is unfortunate that the customer purchased an incorrect product for their vehicle. There are several factors, caused by the customer, that do not allow us to return or exchange the item. These factors were explained the customer and also outlined in our terms and conditions, which the customer agreed to at check out. Our position on this matter will not change, we and we cannot make an exception.

    I am rejecting this response because: 1. I was told to install the hood by ************************** to show it was the wrong hood. So then they could say it can't be returned, do to it being installed. I showed pictures of where they told me to do so. 2. It says I can return purchased items as long as it is within 30 days of purchase. But it took 32 days for me to get the hood and once I received the hood noticed it was damaged.

    To directly respond to each of your points:

    ***** sent us pictures of the installed hood in your first email to us, prior to Seibon's request for additional pictures.

    2. You are correct about the 30 days, but it has nothing to with this situation. You need to reread the policy again because even if we agree to your first point, which we don't, Seibon body parts are listed in the non-returnable section of our return policy and have been for over 20 years.

    I am rejecting this response because: ************************** refuses to make this transaction right. I have tried to return the item, but according to their policy they will not accept returns beyond 30 days of purchase. I received the hood 32 days after purchasing it. While talking to them via email. They wanted me to install the hood on the car, to show it wasn't the right hood. Then told me that because I installed the hood on the car it voided the manufacturer warranty. I also received the hood damaged. They have tired to wiggle their way out of me returning the hood anyway they can. I have attached pictures of the purchase date and date I received the hood. Along with the messages where they told me to install the hood.

    Hello I noticed that my order was cancelled and i called to figure out why. When i called i was meet with a rude employee named **** I think. He was extremely rude and belligerent on the telephone. I have never experienced anything like this before. Please connect the receptionist with extra training on how to handle customers with patience and good customer service. I simply had one question and he told me if i shut up and listen then I would Understand. Im am utterly disgusted with the result of trying to complete and PAY FOR MY ORDER .

    Your order was declined, and the charge was voided. It is unfortunate that you didn't have a positive experience on your phone call. Our approval system is handled by a third party, and they use a lot of factors that are not known to us to approve or decline an order. It is impossible to address your call or the reason for decline specifically other than saying that you were never charge and any issue that you had did not rise to a point of filing a complaint with the BBB. In our experience if you decided to take that step then you have just as much responsibility for how the call went as the employee.

    Well I order parts from this store a few weeks back. With extra for a 3 day delivery... it's been a few weeks and I only got one package. The package I received as u see in the pic. Was a small package. It was the rear camber kit. And yet it says suspention.. I have emailed a few times and still I'm waiting. I have called and the call won't go thru. I would love my refund to go else where with my business.. one package was sent back to u guys. And dropped off at the front deck. And yet they haven't even contacted me to let me know. And a nother package I never got that they say was signed. And yet it wasn't singed by me or anyone in. My house.

    The customer has received the coilovers (attached is the signed Proof of Delivery from ****** and his camber kit. The third package was returned to us due to the customer missing the delivery attempts from *** but it has not been checked in yet for the warehouse to let us know about the reshipment fees that the customer owes to get these back out to them. The customer has been responded to via email every time they have reached out.

    I am rejecting this response because: they keep saying it's singed of proff. Who singed it. Cuz that's not my signature.. so plz stop saying u have proff.  And pay more money for what. To re send me a part that u guys never sent to me. That stayed at *** the hole time.   I got one package and I showed u proff. The **** tracking number say struts. And it wasn't the struts. It was the **** rear camber kit. I showed u in the **** pic.. I got one part from u. Wow u guys are bad at sending out parts. I see that all ready. Look at the pic. That was rear camber it. Not no suspension... and I'm not paying u more money to send me out a part that I payed for and payed extra for 3 day deliver.  I want my refund. For the struts if ur not going to send it. And I want a refund for the front upper control arm. I am not sending u more money

    The signature for the delivery is proof that it was delivered to your address. That is the reason it was shipped with a signature required. The struts were delivered and signed for, the camber kit was delivered without a signature required, and you failed to respond to *** who made 3 different attempts to contact you for delivery which is why it was returned to us. All of this information is clearly available on the tracking numbers you were emailed when the order was shipped.

I just sent u a post of the **** They never attempted anything.  U guys wrote the wrong address so it never was sent out. It was sent back to u. All I got was the rear camber kit. It's funny how u guys are not taking any responsibility. Wow. Sad how u guys can try and steal.. how are u guys still in business. I really think. This needs to go to every review bored there is. ******** Instagram tiktok. I love that I got all the proff. And u guys just lie to make a dollar. U guys should be closed down.

    Tracking numbers show two confirmed deliveries by ***** and several attempted deliveries and contacts by **** The customer provided proof of delivery of one package and we attached the second proof of delivery (which we did provide to the customer but they failed to upload it). We understand that the customer is claiming that they didn't receive one of the packages but that isn't backed up by the shipping carrier. We also have not been contacted by shipping carrier letting us know that the customer started a claim or even contacted them to locate the "missing" package. The customer is responsible for watching their tracking number to ensure delivery and because they didn't do that on the *** package, it was returned to us. Once we received it back, we refunded the item following the policies that the customer agreed to when they made purchase. It is unfortunate that the customer is unhappy and we feel that did everything that we could to assist throughout the process. It is bothersome that the BBB allows a customer to make false and defamatory statements about our company.

    I am rejecting this response because: just as I showed u proff. The *** didn't have the right address cuz it was never brought here. I contacted u guys over it. And u guys to me it's on it way back to u guys. There was never a attempt.. I payed extra to get it in 3 to two business days. And didn't even get two package yet. The first package I showed u I got. But it was rear camber kit. It wasn't the struts. And the struts u said someone singed it. But yet it wasn't me cuz I live alone. And I didn't singe anything. So I don't know who they gave the package to. But I never got it. I have used affirm over 20 times. And never had this problem. I've always got my packages. And good that bbb allows this. Cuz what it's ur words only and the ppl that pay for there stuff have no say so. Is that what ur trying to say?  This is sad. Lucky I didn't spend more money cuz I would of been not assured to get my packages.. my lost ur gain. Hope the 600 put u guys on top. So sad!!!

    It has been extremely difficult to communicate with this customer as you can see by their poor wording and spelling. It is very hard when the customer is just sending you broken streams of consensus instead of well thought out responses. This is the first that it has mentioned that the address was incorrect (which we don't believe that it was) and all the customer had to do was contact *** on the first delivery attempt and worked with them to get the package. The customer made a mistake in thinking it was our responsibility to ensure delivery but that is why we provide the tracking. It is hard to tell but it also now appears that the customer is claiming that we somehow provided tracking and a POD to his address but never shipped the package and are just keeping his money. This is just unrealistic and this needs to end, all packages are delivered and if the customer doesn't have something then he needs to go to his neighbors and contact the shipping carrier. The one item that couldn't be delivered was returned and refunded per our policies. We are just repeating ourselves and spending a lot of time trying to decipher poor communication and there isn't going to be a resolution. The BBB needs to step in an end this and stop giving this customer a platform that wastes our time.

    Bought parts for my car from kseriesparts.com on 8/2/22. One part being a clutch master cylinder. Parts were recieved on 8/4/22. Installed on 8/8/22. After installing the parts within 10 minutes a piece of the clutch master cylinder broke, a bolt to be specific. I reached out to kseriesparts.com with pictures of the weak point where it broke. They refused to stand behind the product they sold me and informed me they won't accept a return or exchange. The part is 4 days old and failed before it was even able to be used. This is shady business practice and upon reaching out to others via social media it's been found they have done this to many other people also. They took the money and left me with a broken useless part

    It is always unfortunate when an installation doesn't go as intended and something breaks. Based on our experience of selling hundreds of this product for over 10 years, this is the first failure of this type that we have ever experienced. Although we believe this failure is related to improper installation we still reached out to the manufacturer and they requested that the customer contact them directly to start a warranty claim. We notified the customer of this and rather than follow the request of the manufacturer, he became very unreasonable, insulting towards our staff, and made posts on social media as a way to attempt to force us into sending him a replacement or a full refund. If the manufacturer gave us another option we would have been more than happy explore that. We wish it could have worked out different and we always what a customer to be happy with their purchases. No company really wants to do deal with unhappy customers especially when it is something that is out of their control. Hopefully out of this the customer will take a bit more care when installing things in the future so they don't have this situation happen again.
