Purchased product online. After 2weeks I contacted Merchant when the product didn’t arrive. I was told the product was in transit and needed 12-15 business days for delivery. Was given a tracking number and after looking up shipping process found that it was coming from overseas. After another week I reconnected to tracking site and found that the product was undeliverable and was at my local post office. I reached out to the company and gave them my full address again and was told to go the post office and pick it up. The next Monday I went to the post office and was told by the postal worker that no package was there and they hold the parcels 15 days before they send it back to sender. I reached out to Miracle Watt and told them what the postal employee told me that the product was not there and had never been there. Miracles Watt customer service told me it was my fault that the shipper was unable to deliver the product and to give them my address and an additional $12 and they would ship another product to me. I responded that I did not agree that shipping issue was my fault and that I had already paid for shipping and would not pay again. They sent me another email with the same response that the shipping issue was my fault. I refuse to keep sending this merchant money with empty promises that the product will be delivered. In my opinion this company is running a scam in holding the product in order to get more money from customers.Initial Complaint

This company uses several other names for its products like power miser or Powerwatt, I purchased 4 of the one called Miraclewatt for 109.92 0n September 6,2023, and they said it could take up to four weeks to adjust and lower my utility bill. It has been almost five months since I installed them and my electric bill has been higher than it has ever been, even after setting my thermometer back to 71 degrees. Also, we have had no interactions with this reviewer via telephone, email or otherwise. Furthermore, we do not have any product that would result in a charge of $109.92. I bought 2 units on 12/13/2022. I waited a month and saw no results. I called and someone told me that I had to wait longer to see results,so I waited longer and saw no results.I called them back again and talked to *******,and he said he could not refund any money,but he would send me 2 more units and to try them.This was on 7/17/2023. It is now 10/2/2023(within the warranty period for the new units. I called again this morning and was refused refund(says its out of warranty). The warranty time starts from the 1st order on 12/13/2022. It was some other man this time. Comeback Commerce Inc. is not a ****** based co.,but a ******** registered business.I was going to send back all 4 units in their original boxes.He refused (out of warranty) and hung up. If they had not told me to keep waiting,nothing would be out of warranty.Business Response

MiracleWatt offers a 90-day refund/return policy. Additionally, we offer a 5-year warranty on defective or damaged products. There are two separate policies here. To receive a full refund, including original shipping charges, orders must be returned in working condition within 90 days.

Our website's FAQ section clearly explains our policy.
Additionally, it appears prominently during checkout.
Since the product wasn't returned within 90 days, the order was no longer eligible for a refund. Our customer was kindly offered a free replacement order in the event the original order had been defective; the customer accepted the offer. Ordered product by mistake and received them and retuned them the very next day without ever opening the package. While looking at their ad and getting ready to order I thought I would check and see if anything was listed on BBB about this product. As I went back to their order page to X out of if somehow I ended up ordering one. I am still at this moment on the phone on hold waiting for someone to answer so that I can cancel this order. According to the timer on my phone I have been waiting for over 20 minutes to no avail. i will continue to hold until someone answers or the phone company disconnects us.Business Response

I'm not sure why this would require a complaint with the BBB.

This business and the product they sell are 100% a scam. The product does not and can not produce the results the business claims it can. This business should not be allowed to exist because it is perpetrating fraud.Business Response
