    I purchase a steering wheel and some paddle shifters that came out to $713.58. Back on 11/25/2021. They received my wheel that I sent in about a month later. Till this date I still havent received my order. I reached out numerous time and each time they say its delayed due to manufacture issues. The last time they sent me an email with an update was on 6/1/22 saying that they had horrible supply with their leather. But it was in final coating and then Ill have my hands on it soon enough. Fast forward 5 months later and still absolutely nothing. I have moved and I would like to update my address as well so they dont send it to the wrong address. They said they will send a email once shipped and still never received that. I would like an update on my order with an eta on when I will have it. This is ridiculous that I have to keep reaching out and to get an update from them. Almost a whole year to not get a product that I paid $750 dollars is ridiculous. I know they do these products by hands but they need to at least communicate with their consumers.

    Hey there,

    Very sorry for the delay here on our end, due to the incredible growth of our shop our email has been overrun with requests.  We are working very hard to get all the wheels back after outsourcing to them for the upholstery work to allow us a faster and higher quality turn time.  Once back we do our part to lay the carbon fiber aspects.  

    We are happy to compensate the customer for the delay and request they email us again so we can track the conversation and allow the best help. 

    We are happy to help and are here as needed to create the best carbon parts available :)

    Hey there,

     

    We can issue a refund or finish the item, due to the nature of the supply chain for the leathers, alcantaras, etc we are at the mercy of our domestic production.  Usually we have a timely reply to emails in all regards but since *********** ****** clients some can slip in the cracks.  Very sorry for the issue there :(.

    Ordered a product from the company on December 21st 2021 and they state the product will take 4-8 weeks. It's be ************************************************************************************* I have the emails for proof. Here is the order ORDER #***** The last contact from them was on May 17th and here is there message to me, "Hey there,You may request a refund at any point and we can issue that anytime. We are hard at work on many items but wheels are historically the most demanding from a materials aspect.     Unfortunately we did not see a reply email - but we are happy to offer a refund that is no problem here.  Material delays in a global supply shortage are known across all ******************** and we are not excluded from them and our pricing is such that most are willing to wait patiently.  ****** customers served show we arent here to avoid a customers refund request or not deliver an item.  

     

    Refund will be issued in full and we apologize for the email that was not seen either.  We are incredibly busy but still very sorry.
