    This organization is crooked as the day is long. I had met my deductible and they charged my credit card without my knowledge for over $300 dollars and they were only supposed to charge me $36 per month for 5 months. Then they sent me a bill for $800 which is the cash price for the unit after insurance and I had paid all but a few payments. No notice to tell me that I owed them any money, just a huge bill that I could not possibly owe.

    Aero lies to their patients totry to keep them when they are not satisfied. They tried to make.me believe they are the only contractor Humana contracts with for the services I require. They also said I would have to sign an AMA form to return their equipment when I found another company that more fully suited my needs. I was not allowed to see what I was to sign on a cell phone. When I questioned it, the driver said it was an AMA. I refused to sign. He called the company, appeared to make changes and assured me it was not an AMA. Trusting him, I signed. When I printed out the email, it was an AMA. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

    I used to work for Aerocare. I have never seen a company care less about their patients. Management hides behind closed doors and talks *************, there is no support and if your face doesn't 'fit' with the esteemed manager, they make life very unpleasant. The end result is the patients suffer.Fortunately, I got out. Don't deal with this mickey ***** outfit, and certainly don't work for them!

    If i can give them a zero star I would this is the worst company to work with I had call them to get a hospital bed for my home after having a major surgery for my back .I have work at a previous medical company providing medical equipment to customers such as O2 machines beds etc.Anyways I order a hospital bed on Thursday of last week 06/2023 I follow the procedure to get *************** etc but then decided to purchase adjustable bed .I call them to cancel the hospital bed and guess what they had no such order for the bed I should have know better Why because I have too use oxygen and this is the company I use. they never call to see if I need more O2 tanks or cleaning of the concentrator I should of known better than to call them for the bed This is not the way to run a company shame on you

    I cant give lower than one star so thats dumb. I have been using my cpap almost every night since I got it almost a year ago, **** for 2-3 nights where I spent the night elsewhere last minute. They called me earlier this week to tell me that I was non compliant due to not having any data entered for over 30 days. They didnt believe me when I said that was entirely not true. Also why wait to tell me until its been over a month?? They told me to go get my SD card scanned at my local branch. THEY were awesome. The company itself *****. I got my card scanned and nothing changed and now the lady who called me from the billing department wont answer my calls. I will not pay them a single *****, because I have been so compliant even though I hate using the **** thing. I halos hate that they force me to get supplies that I dont need. I keep telling them I dont need certain things and they keep insisting and finally I just tell them fine just so I can hang up and be done with them.

    Sleezy horrible company. Can't get new mask because I'm not "compliant". It leaks and doesn't register. We cant send you a new one until it registers. Does this make sense????? Finding a new supplier. Stay away from Aerocare.

    This place is a joke! My husband got a new cpap and arranged monthly payments for *****. Two months later they start charging our credit card for other invoice charges we were not aware of. They are not helpful at all! Now I have to fill out a form so I can find what really is going due hippa laws. What gives them the right to do anything with our card. This why I don't do autopay at all.

    They are terrible! **************** is clueless. Every time I need cpap supplies they don't send the right supplies. Argue that my insurance doesn't cover the right supplies. I have to tell them to send 'the covered' items only for me to have to contact their customer service and exchange them for the proper equipment. It's so ridiculous.

    I just received my new concentrator and portable oxygen concentrator.My service rep. was so knowledgeable and friendly.He made sure I knew what I was doing. He also explained to me how the rental plan works.More companies would do well to hire more reps like ******************************Thanks so much to ***** for helping out with all the logistics via the telephones.

    Have been forced to work with them due to lack of options. They restructured themselves from OxygenOne, they have several shells under different names using the same infrastructure. Each business runs the same. They lost my records 3 years ago and are demanding I take another sleep study despite my doctors recommendation, previous equipment etc. When I worked with them initially they couldn't get their billing right either and instead of going through my insurance kept sending me threatening letters. Avoid them if possible if you have any alternative supplier in your area. Good luck getting through on some phone numbers, often wont get a callback others pickup right away.
