      My husband ***, ordered for me, *******************, a GCE Zeno Portable oxygen concentrator Jan.23,2023 via phone from *******************************, for $2995, charged to credit card that day. Next day received Philips Respironics Simply Go portable oxygen concentrator, not what he ordered. Took 4 phone calls to receive a *** return label. Returned unopened package and tracked that it was received by LPT Medical Jan 26,2023. They were supposed to send correct unit when first unit was returned. *** sent Email Monday Jan, 30, asking for new tracking number. No response. 2 phone calls on Jan 31, and was told by ******************************* to call next day because Warehouse was closed. Feb 1,2023 was told that **** Concentrator is on back order and no knowledge when it will be available. Asked to cancel order and get a refund . Told I would be refunded within ***** hours. A partial refund was not received until Feb. 7. I called LPT Medical and was told a total of $274 was not returned due to $175 for shipping and $99 re stock fee. I notified my credit card company Feb 1st, that I was getting the refund. They also are aware I never received my oxygen concentrator, that I need for a trip. I want this $274 returned to me. I should not be charged for LPT Medical mistake.

      Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. I believe there is more to address because nothing about this firm rings out TRUSTWORTHY! I Sent the unit back and it was perfectly packed.  It seems pretty disingenuous but they are tacking on charges for mailing the unwanted item back as well as a reprocessing fee.  All for an item that was not what I needed and he knew it.   It was sent via *** ON 2/25/23.
      Although ***** did mock the idea that the credit card  company could do anything about it after the money went through, at least they responded to BBB contact. I am grateful you are involved and surely hope they will behave honorably from this point on. 

       The phone behavior and name calling  defied description and something that is pretty unforgettable.   There was a franticness and very fast talking to assure me how this oxygen unit was just what I needed--starting before I even saw the unit when outward bound  to  CA  to meet my sweet new granddaughter in LA. 

      Upon returning home from CA the following week, I phoned Miles to tell him it was the same heavy unit I already had, and I wished to return it.  He started rattling off all sorts of unknown brands and insisted he had a smaller unit that I would like, and it would be an even exchange of units. He badmouthed the Inogen brand I wanted.   He said he would send the shipping label out with a new unit.  Nothing came for over a week so I called him again.  
           
      Miles insisted he would send the label  and the new small unit I had asked for (Inogen). I felt uneasy  after about  a week. I called again to inquire about the label and new unit. It seemed he in fact did not have a small unit of any kind and I said then I will just send the big unit back.    That was the phone call that they bounced me around to different people, left me waiting a loooong time, and then MIles started with his loudly abusive name calling and slammed the phone down on me when I tried to speak.   
                In the meantime, I spoke with another distributor who relayed that LPT had been cited for unethical business practices and weren't even allowed to carry the smaller unit Inogen. Inogen had banned carrying stock with them!    
      So Miles never intended to get that one for me.   I'll tell you what is even more troubling.   I am as relatively young  disabled client who could mobilize myself after such degrading behavior.  Thinking about the truly elderly couples who navigate a purchase like this and get lied to, and more,  during the entire interaction.

      We summit a complain against SPRAY LIFE the Complain ID ******** about a purchase of a Portable Oxygen that have been returned for repair on 9/9/22 and was not returned to us. The Portable Oxygen was purchase by my ********************* ********************************* We have received e mail from LPT Medical about the status of the repair of this Portable Oxygen and they told us they can not give a repair time but they can rent one o sell another Portable Oxygen instead of the waiting time of repair. We need they return the Portable Oxygen repaired as soon as possible or reimbursement of the money in order to buy another one in other company.Thanks *************************** **********

      I bought a portable oxygen concentrator on 11/21/22 from ***************************. I called on 11/28 and told **** the batteries were dying because I was breathing too fast. He said he would send an additional battery. On 12/14 I called to return it because my oxygen levels were critically low when I would walk, the unit couldn't keep up. He said the medical director said an "oximizer" attachment would help. He said he would send one right out. I brought up the 30 day return policy and he said it would be extended until 1/14/23. I called on 12/19 because I had not received the oximizer and I was still in the original return period. He said the oximzer would arrive the next day. On 12/21 my husband called on speaker phone. He brought up that we were still waiting on the oximzer. My husband also asked about the batteries dying and if they had a stand alone charger. We both asked again about the return date (this was the original return date). *************************** repeated that it was January 14, 2023 and that he was looking at the invoice dated 12/14/22. On 1/5/23 I called **** to return the unit. It was not keeping my oxygen levels in a safe zone. He transferred me to Autumn in customer service. She said there were NO notes from **** about any trial extension. After reading all the dates, times and conversations she said she needed to transfer me back to ****. I was transferred and was on hold without anyone picking the phone up for 90 minutes until my husband got home to witness it! We called from my husbands phone. He asked for a manager. Aerial got on. We told her the call was being recorded. She eventually agreed to the return and emailed a return label. They credited my Discover card back but withheld $204! I sent Aerial an invoice for the 90 minutes of my time on-hold (what I charge for my llc consulting) along with the total interest charged on since I didn't return within 30 days. I called her, she left me on-hold for 30 minutes and didn't answer

      BEWARE THIS CONCENTRATOR WILL COST YOU $189 TO TRY OUT IT IS NOT A 30-DAY FREE TRIAL AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ALL YOUR MONEY IF RETURNED WITHIN THE 30 DAYS ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND FROM INVOICE DATE NOT DATE RECEIVED. I was in need of a portable oxygen concentrator in order to go back to work after a extended stay in the hospital LPT MEDICAL got a hold of me to let me know that they had concentrators that could suit my purpose. The salesman informed me that I could return the item within 30 days but had to pay the shipping cost back of $46. They required my full payment up front to try this out and if it was returned within 30 days I would get a full refund. They charged me not only $46 to ship it back but $46 to ship it to me and then $99.99 to have it to try out never was it mentioned that there was a fee to try this out. It was only mentioned you have 30 days to try it out and then it can be refunded for the full purchase price. The only way I knew about the $99.99 was when I received the invoice stating there would be a $99.99 fee for processing and only after it was ordered and received did I get the invoice. I also took this up with the salesman and they said since I paid in full and didn't finance to just ignore that it was for those that financed. I would not have ever tried out the concentrator had I known it was going to cost me $99.99 to try it out. They never mentioned any charges other than the $46 to ship it back. All total it cost me $189 to have that concentrator for a week. The concentrator was sent back in perfect condition as requested all parts were in perfect condition as requested to resolve this I am owed the $99.99 that was not told to me because I would have never offered to try it out knowing I would have to pay that amount when I could try others out without paying that absorbitant cost.

And ********************************** Airways.First their were calls make questioning why the Airsep Imtensity was so hot! I would explain that it was too hot and was told that it was normal & that the unit was fine. I even placed a room thermometer under the unit is exceeded over a 120 degree. I was laughed at stating that no one ever said they actually checked it with a thermometer.The Ecllipse 5 was in service from Jan. ***** until Aug 22. I feel the unit was returned with no repair done.My husband expired on 10-10-22. I can not get help from LPT Medical nor ************ as to how much money we lost from buying units our right from LPT Medical. I have requested information on the buy back program with advil. No one seems to answer question only ref. to someone else. I feel the machines are faulty. My husband was on his way to a VA Dr. ***** and the machine just shut off on him this was day on the return on the unit. Since no one is will to help me I feel they are hiding things that are wrong on their end. I am requesting the full amount pd. $ ******* to be returned.Thank you for your help on this matter.***** **********************

Firstly, Our very sincere condolences.  I do apologize that you were having trouble with your unit.  We do our best to ensure that all of our customers have the best quality products.       I had requested to be informed the amount of money that was not reimbursed us.
      No one is willing to help me with this information.  I have only gotten transferred from ***** to ***** 
      Business provided extremely bad customer service. Mis led us from the beginning at point of service up to this BBB Complaint.
      Even before a sale was made. We were led to believe we would be reimbursed our money if patient should expired before we were reimbursed thru ********* We were led to believe it would be for both units. The total was $4905.00 07-09-2021 sales # *****.This it not true.
      Only the eclipse 5.
      The Eclipse 5 was shipped out for repair on 01-29-22 09-15-22.  We feel this machine
      was returned to us unrepaired.  On Sept. ***** we were on our way to Vet. ************************** eclipse machine quite working.  We were still about 45 min. from the dr.office. 
      I fully believe there will not be any reimbursement to it being a faulty machine. This has been an extremely bad experience I would not advise anyone to take this route. I am requesting a customer service review, total refund and to have my questions answered.

      Having survived lung cancer, copd, congestive heart failure, I decided to research the possibility of purchasing a Portable Oxygen generator. After a simple response to one ad, I received responses from 20 companies wanting to serve me! I spoke to *******************************??, a very capable scam purveyor. You have learned well....Down to facts, I'm sure you know ****** didn't reveal that every machine sent was not suited to support my prescribed O2 requirement of 8ml/sec. Three different units were sent for a trial. All of the units fell short of my needs and were promptly returned (with no mention of charges) as I had "30 days" to try the unit.I am requesting a full refund based on the fact I never ordered any unit...****** was just sending them to see if any of them would work!...again not by my request. I directly asked about costs, but was told that as long as the time didn't exceed 30 days, there were no charges............Well, I'm sure you've heard this a few times, but I'm 81 on a fixed income.......if you're going to permit companies like LPT Medical scam someone, why not go after the folks that can afford to prosecute you ...

      ***************************** The very complaint is based on the fact that an exorbitant shipping charge was added without my knowledge of its existence. Every time the repsent a different device, a $90 shipping charge was applied without my knowledge. This appears to be an outright scam. None of the machines met my pulmonologist's prescription for 8ml constant oxygen. Knowing that, why did I receive any machines that were not able to meet the requirements of the prescription! This is an outright SCAM that needs exposure.

      I purchased a Portable Oxygen Machine for my mother on July 4th 2022. I was told If I purchase now he would give a 30 Day money back guarantee so I did for $2600 dollars on my Discover Card. So she received the item July 9th 2022 and I setup the equipment for her. The same day I call him and told this Portable Oxygen Machine is too heavy for her and he said we can try a different Machine so we agree I would pay for shipping ($45). So July 14th the new Portable Oxygen Machine came and I setup for my mother and I put it on her and she had it on for 30 minutes and this new Portable Oxygen Machine is the perfect but It's too loud for in CHURCH so I call him and I'm going to send this Portage Oxygen Machine because it's too loud and he said no problem. I shipped the back and paid for shipping and they received it back July 19th 2022. I asked him twice about the restock fee and he said DON'T WORRIED ABOUT IT, I WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT so I believed him until August 9th 2022 the day I got my refund of $1991.25 so I call him three times and no answer so I talked too two other people and they both said it's a restock fee but I told them he said he would take care of it. So I was lied too, I would have sent the first Portable Oxygen Machine same day overnight so I wouldn't be charged. So I want a refund $608.75

        Our return policy states that when a patient returns a unit within days 1 to 5 they
        are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping) returns done from day 6 to 30

        are eligible for a refund minus 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. After

        looking into your account and reviewing all pertinent information I do see

        that you were informed adequately. On july 4, 2022 you signed the Return and Exchange policy.

      I purchased a Inogen One G4 Portable Oxygen concentrator from LPT Medical, ******************************************************************************* on April 2, 2021 for my mother in law. On July 2, 2021 we began to have issues with the unit as the low oxygen light came on. We sent the unit in for warranty repair at a cost of $90.00. The repair was made by replaceing the columns.On February 2, 2022 while still under warranty the low oxygen light came on again. We call and spoke to ***** who advised us to do hard reset, 1. drain battery to zero, 2. Remove battery and sit seperately for 1 hour, 3) put battery back on unit, plug unit into wall outlet and charge for at least 10 minutes, 4) Turn unit back on.February 4, 2022 low oxygen messaage once agian./February 17, 2022 Called and spoke to ***** and was told to send in for warranty repair. Unit packed per instructions, shipping label was emailed and had to pay $45 each way for shipping via UPS.February 24 received the unity back from warranty repair.Soon after the unit was received back, it started acting up again with low oxygen message after 10 minutes of using. My mother in law continued to try and use the however the oxygen light comes on after 120 minutes. Novemeber 30, 2022 Once I became aware of the issue I call and spoke Aeriale, customer service manger, who agreed to have me ship the unit back at their expense. Unit returned for repair.December 13, 2022 Spoke to Aeriale who informed me that the unit had been repaired. Once again the columns had to be replaced. **** told me that they were waiting on payment of $149.00 befor they would return the unit to my mother in-law. They would not cover it under warranty despite the reoccurring problems.She also informed me that the issue was do to lack of use. I tried to explain to her that lack of use was the result of the unreliability of the unit, and when it was used the low oxygen light came on after **************************** $2375.00. *********************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would like to add that Aeriale went out of her way to correct all the issues, her response was very much appreciated.  I withdraw my complaint.
