Pattern of Complaint:

BBB files indicate a pattern of consumer complaints filed against this business. Consumers primarily report concerns around billing or collection issues, customer service issues, and advertising issues. Regarding billing or collection issues, consumers state they receive parking tickets even though they pre-pay to park and display their receipt properly. Additionally, some consumers state the business does not clearly explain what the charges on their ticket are for or why the total is often double what the fine is. Similarly, consumers claim that they encounter difficulty when attempting to contact the business to dispute a parking ticket. Consumers state there is only an option to leave a voice message when calling the business and the recording indicates you must email or fax in your dispute as the business will not discuss it over the phone. Additionally, some consumers state that the business fails to respond to their emails in a timely manner or sometimes even at all. Lastly, consumers state the business fails to display parking signs that indicate it is a private lot that requires payment. Some consumers further allege that the lot they park in is adjacent to another parking lot and it’s unclear which kiosk you must pay for the lot you’re parking in.

On July 2, 2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of July 31, 2019, BBB has had no response.

I entered the parking lot at around 2:30pm in a blue ****** Altima lic# CNP991. I entered my secured credit card and notice an amount I did not want to pay, so I immediately canceled. To my surprise an unauthorized transaction in the amount of $18.00 was made.

I continue to receive harassing message about me owing this company money for a parking ticket. Their collection agency is absolutely useless. I got on the internet and realized that this business has an F with the BBB because of how horrible they are. I am not paying this company a ****. All of the machines were off. I even tried to see if there was an app or an attendant to talk to. The guy that was there stated the machines were not working and to go ahead. A parking attendant LET ME GO. Consult with your staff before putting someone in collections! Get rid of this amount or you will be seeing my attorney in court for much more than $85. You all are ridiculous

Parking meter WAS NOT WORKING, Tried to pay with CC several times and even had another person attempt to pay. No Notice or signage was on the meter. Now I owe $80, what a scam company. how convenient to charge $80 for a $10 parking fee, especially when they can't even keep their equipment in working order. They should be forced out of ****** for immoral practices and theft.

On June 23, 2024, me and my fiance parked at the time park location on 1265 *******. There was an issue with the pay station and we ended up double paying for our parking. I reached out to the number and email on the station and both forms of communication proved to be a dead end. When I call, there is no answer and I cant even leave a message because their mailbox is full. There was no other phone number to call so I tried to email and I got two responses on at least 5 emails to them Starting July 5, 2024. I was sent a reimbursement check on July 18, 2024 that was not the full amount of the parking charge. When I asked for clarification on July 18th, July 23rd, and July 30th, I have gotten no response, no follow **** or anything. This lack of communication is extremely upsetting. Dont park at a time park station and have a problem because they wont be able to fix it unless its taking your money.

Date of Transaction: 7/22/2024 Time of Transaction: 4:57 a.m.Location of Transaction: 1424 ********************* Lot Plate: CWG7857 (*************)Parking location: Parked in corner of lot right beside a camera ************* Tucson)Issue: When I tried to pay online like I do twice a week, there must have been a glitch in the system. It said there was an error so I submitted my payment again. I realized after restarting my phone and logging back into the system, that it had charged me twice (so it was submitted as more time). I called the number online that it showed *************) and left a message. I also sent a message from the receipt page stating the issue of the double pay. I never received an email or call back. I got an email (attached) with the receipt showing they still charged me $32.39 instead of the usual $16.39 that I am charged to park there. I tried reaching out again and still no response. I stated that I parked my car around 4:58am and left the lot before noon the same day. Being that I park right beside the cameras, they should easily be able to see that on the cameras. All I am asking for is return of $16.00 that I should not have been charged for.

We parked our rental car in the lot on 18th and ******* on 5/10/24, 5/11/24, 5/12/24, 5/13/24. We received 4 tickets form the company we rented the car from that came from this company. Ticket numbers TPDEN-******, TPDEN-******, TPDEN-******, TPDEN-****** license plate ******. I have been emailing with the company to try and get these tickets resolved. It has come to my attention that we did not pay for 5/13/24 ticket number TPDEN-****** and they offered a lesser payment of $67 instead of the $87 if paid within 14 days, which I have tried multiple times to call and pay. You can only leave them a voicemail and wait for them to return your call. As far as the other dates in question I have emailed over my bank statements that show the amounts paid and dates, they are requesting the original receipts from them showing the license plate number. After reading a lot of the complaints and talking to my sister-in-law who also received a ticket for the same time as us they don't send receipts to be able to show. She was able to provide her bank statement and had her ticket overturned. I am not sure why I am getting the run around and no response back to my emails. I have paid for the parking and emailed over my bank statements already, I was able to park in 3 different lots with no problem but this one got a ticket for every day.

Hello,I received a parking citation (TPDEN-200790) 87$ on 5/29/2024 at 1244 AM. I feel this citation is completely unfair and frankly I feel taken advantage of. I was on a business trip to downtown ****** only staying one night in the hotel just next to this parking lot. I was told by the hotel valet that I could park in this parking lot but the only disadvantage was to be charged twice. One time up until midnight and then again I would be charged a second fee for after midnight. On the kiosk I was only given the option to pay until midnight. There was no other option to extend my payment or timing into the next day to cover it. I chose to use this lot as I am a single female and do not feel safe nor comfortable out alone on the ****** streets at midnight. I had every intention of paying such fees for up until midnight and then the day rate the next day as this was cheaper than the 60$ a night for valet at the hotel. Not only is receiving this citation disheartening that I again as a single female am expected to wake up in the middle of the night and go out over a block away from the hotel to the pay kiosk to renew my parking but it also speaks to the type of company that is being ran. I was out at my vehicle to leave for my work place at 6 am and like I said before had every intention of paying the day fee again on 5/29/2024 for my rental car parking through the night in order for me to be safe.

I have received five (5) tickets from this parking company since September 2023. All of them were dismissed because I had proof of payment, either the paper ticket or the time stamp on my phone. I am currently fighting the fifth ticket, for which I also have proof of payment, but now they are asking for a "receipt" which the parking company does not give; or at least I have never been able to find one. I was told to contact TimePark directly but there is no phone number listed for them that I could find, except on this BBB website (thank you). The price to park in this lot (16th and *******) has gone from $13 to $17 which is ridiculous and then they have the gall to issue you a bogus ticket for $87. This has happened to multiple co-workers of mine as well. If you are parking in a TimePark lot be ready for a big hassle if they say you didn't pay to park.

I parked at the 18th & ******* lot the night of May 11th, 2024, as I was staying at the *********** on ****************** I used the Text2Park code located in the lot and paid $5.39(with convenience fee) for my night of parking that expired at midnight. Knowing that the ticket would expire before my my stay ended, I pressed the option to add more time to my ticket, which would cost an additional $5.00. I paid for the time extension and my card was charged $10.39 total. However, it would appear that despite paying for this extra time, my parking ticket did not get an extension and instead expired. Now I am being charged $87 even though I paid for appropriate time my car was parked. I cannot find an itemized bill of my charge to show that I paid for additional time. The Plate is BYON89 and Ticket # was TPDEN-******. I exhausted all attempts trying to avoid the ticket expiration and was under the impression that I successfully did so. It is due to these reasons that I am appealing this notice and would like the ticket dropped or evidence of my itemized bill showing that I paid for extra time.

Parking **************** Services will be instructed to void parking notice TPDEN-****** immediately.

On February 23, 2024, I parked in a lot accessible at 1460 ***** and 1445 *****, as I was visiting the ************* to testify for a bill. When I parked, I saw a posted sign on a pole near my vehicle with instructions to pay for parking online, which I did, and paid $20.50. I received notice TPDEN-******, with plate reader photos showing my vehicle entering and leaving the lot and claiming I owe them $87 for not paying. I would like the notice voided, because I correctly paid as soon as I parked.
