    I have made three attempts to contact Glo Skin Beauty regarding my very first order with their brand. I've never had to contact the Better Business Bureau before about a company's customer service but GSB's products are quite expensive and this has been a very unpleasant first experience ordering from GSB--especially because the products I purchased were meant to be Christmas gifts. I have asked for them to kindly provide me with an address to return the products to for a refund to my original form of payment as soon as possible but I have had no luck. They claimed to be sending me a return label and that never happened. Thank you SO MUCH for your time and cooperation with my efforts. I hope you and your family have a lovely holiday.     Hello, BBB~

    Thank you again for your kind help with my efforts to secure a refund from Glo Skin Beauty. I still have not heard back from them regarding the refund I requested. Should I be concerned that so much time has elapsed and even with contacting you they have not even attempted to resolve this issue? I'm worried that if more time goes by they're going to be even less likely to refund me. I appreciate your feedback on this.

    Hello and Happy New Year! I'm wondering if I have to be concerned about receiving a refund from Glo Skin Beauty considering how much time has gone by since I filedmy complaint with you. This is my first time having to do this and I'm just hoping that it's still possible for me to get my money back from this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
