      I had a water heater put in by Brother's Plumbing 06/19. On 3/8/22 pilot light went out. Brother's came out and replaced heat sensor. On 3/14/22 pilot light went out again. Brother's came out again found nothing and reliant. On 3/22/22 pilot light went out again. Brother's came out again reliant it. On 03/30/22 went out again. Brother's came out again and this time replaced vent on roof. On 4/3/22 pilot light went out again. During the last 4 weeks of this issue I have been in contact with the manager Mic and owner ******. I did not receive a call back from Mic until after 3 different attempts to reach him with no acknowledgement about not returning the call. When I spoke with ****** about my concerns he disregarded them and didn't acknowledge my concerns other than to tell me he doesn't wake up every morning thinking how he is going to **** me off. Mic is supposed to be contacting the manufacturer and get back to me.

      On Tuesday 04/05 ****** met *** (from ********) on site at 7:30am sharp. It was determined that the combustion air for the furnace installed 2 months ago was not antiquate. HVAC was scheduled to return and re-do the venting for the furnace (4/13). Additionally, for the water heater- combustion air was added, the water heater room was sealed from the crawlspace where the furnace was and we added a floodstop (at no charge, a **** dollar value) because the original install had the drip pan terminating into the crawlspace.

      ****** was on site for an entire day to make these corrections. We have not heard back from the client, all appears to be working.

      08/10/2021 - Called Brothers Plumbing to investigate leaking outdoor spigot. I tell Joe (plumber) spigot is high pressure. He doesn't check pressure because he forgot to bring his pressure gauge. Suggests new spigot for $600. Pay $70 for visit, schedule new spigot installation. 08/23/2021 - New spigot installed for $600 8/25/2021 - new spigot leaks profusely from handle when on. 8/29/2021 - Brothers plumbing replaces washer in spigot that has failed. No charge. Does not check pressure of spigot 09/01/2021 - Spigot begins leaking again. 09/11/2021 - Brothers returns, checks pressure, determines that pressure from city is higher than they anticipated. Say they cannot guarantee spigot won't leak. Suggest alternate fix for $470. I'm out $600 for a new spigot I don't need and still have the same problem they failed to solve.

      A manager, called and Mr. ********** on Saturday 09/11 and left him a message and then talked to him on the afternoon of Tuesday 09/14.  Mr. ********** is scheduled for us to return on Thursday 09/16 to take care of this and resolve the issue for him.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I called Brothers to give them the opportunity to make it right and Justin immediately volunteered to fix the original problem (water line bypassing pressure regulator). The work was completed today and I am fully satisfied.

      Everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody owns up to them and fixes them. Brothers Plumbing did.
