    I contracted Junior ********************************************* to work on my driveway and after a couple of weeks the concrete started to deteriorate to the point that the top layer of concrete was pulling off. I contacted for several month the contractor who repeatedly told me he will fix the concrete by now I have moved into the house, and he has not fixed it. I have text messages records of our conversation, but he has decided not to contact me to fix the issue.

    Good morning, 

    My name is ************************************* and I received a letter regarding a complaint for my company, Junior Plumbing and Services. ID number is ********. I have spoken with my customer, who put in the complaint, and have come to an agreement about this. I had forgotten to go install a couple pieces after finishing most of the work agreed to perform at that address. I always make sure our work gets done and at a reasonable time, and that the work we perform meets my customers expectations. To my customer, I apologize for this as it was an honest mistake. Ill be going back to install what is needed as we agreed over the phone. 

    Please let me know how we will proceed with this.
