Every month this year I have received notification of late fees on my HOA dues after they changed the lockbox to out of state without notification. I called my credit union as they have mailed the cashiers checks to LCM every month for over 20 years, never having been late. I left messages and finally on 31 March 2021 Mike and then Bob from LCM called me saying "Don`t worry, all fees will be waived" They were not and I got the Credit Union involve. They called and wrote them a letter stating that LCM said they would waive all fees when they received the March 2021 check. The check could not be cancelled until 90 days later by Federal law since it is a cashiers check. I submitted the letter and proof to my condo board GRCA. Michelle at the credit union got an email I have received your written inquiry regarding Mr. Lisatz’s account. He started receiving late fees in March. His payment was not received in the month of March. Your correspondence refers to “May.” We waive his

Mr ****** began receiving late notices in March 2021 because we did not receive his payment for his March monthly assessment charge.  Mr ****** was told that once he brought his monthly payments current, the late charges and late interest would be waived.  As of July 9, 2021 Mr ****** has made all monthly payments.  Per the agreement, the late charges and late interest have been waived and he has a current balance of $0.00.  His August payment of $306 must be received by August 10th at the new Dallas lockbox mailing address in order to avoid new late and interest charges.  The new payment address is – ****** ***** ************ **** *** ******* ******* ** **********

The address change where payments must be sent was made because ******** Banks, the bank where the Association’s funds are deposited, was bought out by ********* Financial and ******** Financial’s lockbox services are located in Dallas Texas.

This company just blames the Board and doesn't accept the responsibility of the LCM employees. Lou Ann ****** used to work there. She would spy on us and lie ( I found her once in the chute hiding on the 10th floor) about our contractors working in our apartment. Daniel ******** doesn't answer emails. I have been asking the onsite manager to go and check my front door(is damaged ) as the HOA is responsible for maintaining the front doors and nobody answers. The maintenance person hired by them lies and accused my contractors of damaging an elevator without proof. Daniel ******** should check at the damage before telling the board his lies. Lou Ann accused my contractors of throwing construction debris in the trash without proof. Daniel ******** sent us a letter stating that we did not pay 2 checks for the remodeling and we did. This company just sends letters to the homeowners accusing them of things without proof. Charged us 14000 of an illegal bill. You can see the elevator in Februa

LCM accepts its management responsibility based on the contract between LCM and the ****** ***** ****** Condominium.  Management responsibilities are performed based on the terms of that contract and at the direction of the Board of Directors. The $14,000 charge Ms. *********** mentions is actually $13,019.  Ms. *********** has paid this charge in full, so I consider this matter closed.  If Ms. *********** does not consider this matter closed, she will need to address the Board of Directors, as the Board has sole decision-making authority concerning this matter.  LCM does not have decision-making authority concerning this matter.  Please note that the pictures you have attached to this complaint have no image when I open them and Ms. ************* message in this complaint was cut off.
