Our lease was up at the end of June due to us moving out. There was some issues with broken banisters in the townhouse we had. I had the property manager ****** walk through and ask her what do I all need to fix so I can get as much as my deposit back as possible. We had discussions. I told her I can leave the washer and dryer and she can use that in another unit and use that for rental. She never told me that there would be a charge to remove it. She told me that would be fine. She told me I just need to finish painting the one wall so I wouldn't have to be charged for painting and our lease agreement. It does say that we are losing out a hundred approximately $150 to clean carpet. The bifold doors in the townhouses constantly broke. They replace those in mini units, not just mine several times but the last time they replaced them they replaced them not together in ***** but only the one doors and it was a completely different door than what the other one was. So they never shut or closed right? As they were two different types of doors. She's trying to charge me for that which that's not on me and the lawn. When I moved into the townhouse the lawn was in worse shape than what I left it in. Yes there's some dead patches in the grass now but when I moved in the lawn was way worse. The house was way worse. My written walkthrough that we asked for everything to be fixed never even got fixed. Out of the 3 years I was living there was still not fixed and she only issued me not even half of my deposit. I'm just seeking out a little more of this that I don't completely agree with. She is yet to ignore me. She told me she would refund me on the bifold doors yet she still hasn't. I just need some help with getting this sorted as I have pictures videos of everything and she's just not really being compliant. You can't find the company in any email source or wherever it's at. She won't give me any corporate name, phone number to contact. It's kind of seems sketchy
