  I am writing this review in 2025. Bigger Pockets provides amazing resources and services to real estate investors needed to achieve their goals. I have been using Bigger Pockets for 6 years. As an every day normal person, Bigger Pockets enables me to feel in control of every aspect of the real estate process. The culture from Bigger Pockets encourages a slow and level headed approach to investing. Bigger Pockets does everything within their control to empower new investors to self-educate and take action. They offer many free resources and services. The books they have published are industry leading and I often recommend them for those interested in real estate or personal finance. The Bigger Pockets team is exceptional. I've used a number of their services and had one-on-one calls with their team. Each time has been very professional and this most recent time I was astounded by the level of service I received. I had a deal go completely sideways within 2 weeks of closing and needed to find a new money lender. I had never looked into hard money lending or private lending but new these options existed because of Bigger Pockets. Naturally, I picked up a book from their catalog and got to reading. When confident that I knew enough to move forward, I was also able to reach out to Bigger Pockets concierge service and ask for help. My message was sent at midnight... a 25 minute phone call later with a Bigger Pockets team member I was now in contact with 2 money lenders that would fit my VERY unique circumstance. This was even a new one for the Bigger Pockets team member. The next day I had a workable solution with the lender and am headed to closing with the necessary funding. This would not have been possible without Bigger Pockets. They truly are world class in what they do! They provide the resources necessary for the average person who is willing to self-educate and take action to invest from a position of strength and composure in real estate.

  I have dyslexia and thought I signed up for a free trial. I only wanted to do month to month, but a few days ago I was charged a yearly fee $390. I am unable to make heads or tails of the site. It took me a long time to fine out why I haven't been refunded. It says I have the plan for a year. I won't be able to use it. And I would like a refund please. $390. Is a third of my monthly income. Thank you

  When you sign up for a free trial, you can either choose monthly or annual as the type of membership you'd like to have once your 7-day trial ends. We share on our checkout page that "after your trial ends, you will be charged $X per year/month starting on X/X/XX. You can always cancel before then." We're sorry if you missed this information.

  Bigger Pockets is great.When I signed up a year ago I asked for an adjustment after I signed up. They made the adjustment and thanked me.After a year I decided to not auto renew.They asked why.I said I was ready to retire.- I got my full refund within 24 hours.Following Bigger Pockets advice I split $70k net profit. A bit too much action for me.Bigger Pockets is made up with fine people. Great Padcasts. If you sign up you should consider some of their live presentations. I know they are dedicated with healing - oooops, helping people!I believe they have over 2 million members on a business social platform.Of course Bigger Pockets has no way of completely controlling such a group..PS:This is just an aside.- I was wondering how a Bigger Pockets member seeking a loan lost money. Just wondering!************

  They have banned me from their website without any justification! I have played by the rules and have asked many times for someone to look into or explain what happened, with no response. Is this discrimination because we have a similar business? I am not sure, but I am sure that this is happening to other people. Horrendous experience!

  I have sent a dozen emails in the past year asking for someone to contact me and explain why I am being banned, with no reply. I spent a lot of time writing "blogs" for the site; some being pretty popular. The paradox is that they keep the articles up but do not let me interact with anyone. I am sure I am not the only one, and many complaints will follow after mine. And I am still getting this msg: Permissions Error: You have been banned from the messaging system. Please contact an administrator if you feel this is incorrect.

  The site itself is great and so are a lot of the people. Unfortunately trolls do proliferate here. A necessary evil of the internet world that it may be, I just think a site where people are sharing their identifying information, that there should be an expectation of better behavior.
