    This leasing company operates unethically. As a tenant renting a townhome from this leasing company I have many complaints. The cleanliness of the unit was nonexistent and the 'professional' cleaners they hired left visible dust on air ducts, didn't replace the air filter, left crumbs and food debris in the kitchen sink, on the kitchen floor and in cabinets. Our smoke detectors had NO batteries in the upon move in and we were told it was our responsibility. My roommate and I have documented all of this disrepair and unhygienic circumstances upon moving in. Our concerns were dismissed quickly. I was locked out of our home the first week we moved in because the batteries to our pinpad deadbolt were old and dead and it was my responsibility to replace but I have no key to enter the residence. Our washing machine had mold growing on the rubber seal to the door and in the soap dispensing drawer. We placed a maintence request and the sent us the replacement part and requested that ************* ourselves. This is extremely dangerous and not having a professional replace the part could have resulted in major injury or damage to the unit. The door k*** had a lose s**** and it got lodged in the door jamb to the point that I could not enter the residence and my roommate couldn't leave. That is a hazard in case of fire or other emergencies. Both my roommate and myself placed an emergency maintenance request that went unanswered and was never followed up about. We had to call the fired department to come and open the door forcibly. I followed up the next day about the unanswered maintence request and still never received a call back or confirmation. They have now piled on multiple months of water and electric bills onto one month of rent because they haven't been charging us for it consistently. I received no notification about all of these additional charges being added to my monthly bill and it seems very unethical to pick and choose when to charge people their utilities.

    We paid the security deposit and now 2 months later they are asking for another security deposit. Just because they lost their payment or put it towards a wrong apartment, they think they can go after the *******. We respond to the texts with no one getting back, have left voice-mail daily, also no response.
